I'm very dissatisfied with the daycare however. Two months ago I brought my dog home from daycare and saw that he was lethargic, and most surprising he wouldn't eat. He also yelped when I petted him or touched his side. I brought him to the vet and she discovered that he had a bite mark on his left side. There were no bruises on his face, so he was attacked by one dog while he was distracted by another. I called the kennel and spoke to Sean, Hannah's husband, and was told that no one saw any altercation. For this to have happened in an indication of inattention, or incompetence. I have not received a call from Hannah or Sean to inquire how my dog is doing. A sad commentary after 5 years of bringing him there.

Upon walking in, the Spanish girl at the front desk was NOT friendly AT ALL!! She asked me 3 times inside of 30 seconds what my dog's name was that was being groomed. I don't know if she was tired or what, but it was the afternoon. So, who knows why she couldn't process what I was saying?! All I am going to say is that she was "not there." My every instinct was to take my baby and leave, but I went against my better judgement and let them groom her. When I got my furrbaby back, her hair looked atrocious. Now, I will say my child doesn't like her feet done, but her whole body was so choppy and uneven. I couldn't believe it!! Her ears were still scraggly and uneven! Her belly still had long hair on it that was supposed to be trimmed down with the rest of her body!! It looked like I did her haircut myself!! Professional groomer where?? I originally purchased my precious boy Drogon (previously Duke) in October of 2018. Yesterday, my…read moredog passed away, at the young age of 3 years and 9 months, in his sleep due to Chronic Kidney Disease. The issues first started only 3 months after purchasing him from the Longs. He suffered multiple UTIs, incontinence, inappetence, and low energy before I found out the cause. After multiple diagnostic tests including an ultrasound, I was informed that he was born with deformed kidneys. Both kidneys were misshapen and smaller than they should be. Ultimately, at 15 months he presented with Stage 2 Renal Failure (based off his numbers), and was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. I informed the Longs of this to let them know that the litter may have issues (as the Vet said it was congenital defect), and to prevent this tragedy from happening to anyone else. After telling me it was too late for a refund (which I never asked for) they told me they would look into it and find the cause. I called them back to determine the results of their findings, and they just said it wasn't an issue on their end. I informed them of the ultrasound results, and I never heard from them again. It's impossible for it to be anything else, as a puppy that young would have had to been born with the disease. My dog fought for his life for 3 1/2 beautiful years. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, I pray no other dog owners have to suffer through the difficulty of caring for a chronically ill pet. I believe there must be negligent breeding practices occurring for my dog to come to me so ill of health. I had no warning, and there was never any accountability taken.

When I arrived I was charged 63$! And my dog looked exactly how he looked before I dropped him off.! He was given a bath..He was Not trimmed. I have been hoing to this location for 2 years.
