My girl has been coming here since she was a puppy and loves it. They do such a good job here.

This is the only place I've ever taken my dog to be groomed at since he was little, he's an inside dog with bad anxiety at times so I prefer to take him places he's familiar with. I honestly have little to no complaints. The owner is always friendly and makes you feel welcomed, they ask what kind of style you'd like and to provide inspo pics, they clip nails, brush teeth and deal with expressing the anal glands, etc. I've never had any major issues , one time he was cut on his ear but he can be a bit jittery at times so I'm just grateful it was a minor cut. That incident happened years ago and hasn't happened again since. read more

I love the pricing and the way they groom. my dog. HOWEVER we had to go elsewhere simply because they don't know how to run a business. You always have to call the day before to make an appointment and good luck getting someone to conssitently answer the phone. Oh and by the time you get someone on the phone...They're completely booked and they say call back tomorrow morning. Just for the same thing to happen again. read more

This is my home! My boys are Real Special to me. Been to other groomers. My guys are 13 and 12. They are so smooth. Place is well keep. Have all u need for ur animals. Staff is the BEST! I asked for a short trim, and they buzzed all my dogs hair off even the tail. And her nails were left bleeding.

I Have a 10 yr old Dachshund with extreme anxiety and he will not let me cut his nails for anything. After another failed attempt that resulted in him headbutting me severely, I took him to Puppy Resources. In 5 minutes they had his nails trimmed and he was walking out like nothing went down. I have never come across someone that my dog Abbie felt so happy to always see. I get jealous when I take her to her groomer who as well her taught her to be obedient and do many tricks. I love Andrew for making my Abbie do pretty and most everything you taught her. What I love is that he takes pride in his work and has a passion and care for animals. I was looking around for a good groomer for a while before I found Puppy Resources. They were very conveniently located for me and provided great service. They treated my dog very kindly and made her feel comfortable. I was a little bit weary at first because she was an old dog but they took good care of her. From the first grooming my puppy had i took him to Puppy Resources and thats where we met Andrew :) who was awesome!! My puppy looked like he was ready to model for a commercial. But now he no longer works there and the groomers that took his place either want to over charge you or they leave your puppies hair all un even with chunks of long hair all over -.- (which btw if you check the rest of the reviews they are all about andrew). I took my puppy to get his nails cut and they wanted to charge me 5$ more just to file his nails so they wouldnt be sharp after they cut them which in petsmart they do much more for the same exact price! They have definitely lost a client here. read more

Scheduled a 9 am appointment for my Bichon Frise. My husband arrive at 9 to be told the groomer wasn't in yet and that the shop just opened. Why take a 9am appointment if your'e not going to be punctual? Unprofessional and very poor customer service skills. read more
