Sure disappointed with Zach and how he failed to communicate with us. We had been using him for the past few months. On 7/8/25 he booked us in for a grooming on 8/13/25 @ 9:00. On Sunday, 8/10/25 I received his reminder of the date and time, which I confirmed, and received his confirmation. He never showed up or answered or responded to my texts and VM. This groomer is absolutely amazing with our chihuahua mix! They are incredibly sweet with her and keep her calm and she looks like she's had a makeover when she's done. We do a bath and brush, nail grind, and teeth brushing. Zach showed up at the appointed time. My dog Scruffy is nervous and gets anxious and carsick riding in a car so I wanted a mobile groomer to make things easier for him. Zach was very gentle, he didn't rush to get him into the van. Zach asked questions about what was wanted for this first grooming He also made suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. I asked for a Mohawk, so glad I did. Scruffy came back into the house strutting around because he knew he was very handsome and smelled good. This was a wonderful experience.
