We've gone to other groomers in the past where their haircuts have been jagged and uneven; we were told it's because the dogs wouldn't sit still. But, that hasn't been the case since bringing them here. We've also boarded them twice when we've gone away. The first time I was really worried because I've never left them with a boarder before, but Joe patiently listened to my concerns and reassured me with details on how he takes care of the dogs in his care. Both times, when we've picked them up, they were, of course, thrilled to see us, but more importantly, they looked well. I'm happy and relieved to have found a place that I can entrust my precious pets with.

I called and was able to get an grooming appointment for my boo, Milo within the week which was great. Most places have a longer scheduling period. My appointment was at 9AM and we were the first one to get service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their facility was very clean and animal friendly. Of course, my sweet Milo cried and didn't want to stay and I was concerned he would be difficult during his grooming. I was asked how I wanted his cut and informed them. I was told to return within 2 to 3 hours. Honestly, I was a bit anxious as a fairly new pet owner leaving my young dog. LOL I returned 3 hours later and my sweet Milo was chilling in the crate looking dapper and fine. I saw the groomer taking care of another dog and she was very patient and attentive. The groomer stated Milo was a "good" boy and just nervous during the grooming session, whew. This was one of the best grooming's he's had and very affordable. I will definitely bring Milo back for some TLC.

First off, they squeezed us in because we have a photo shoot coming up for the holidays and our pup was hairy to say the least. The owner, Joanie was so accommodating. She was also reassuring to my husband who was a little anxious about our dogs first grooming. Both her and the groomer took extra care of our 4 month old puppy and you can feel the love they have for all their dogs. They're amazing! Our puppy looked like a new dog in the best way, and they somehow managed to get him to wear a bandana. It's a miracle!

I brought my 15 year old cat for a check up because he had been losing alot of weight and I needed to know why. I understood that he could be "difficult" to deal with, but I was shocked that I had to bring him back a second time and authorize sedation in order for blood to be drawn. Since I wasn't in the exam room, I don't know exactly how freaked out he was, but I was surprised, that after dosing him with gabapentin, he was still too "feisty". I mean, he's not feral, for gosh sakes! I've had him forever and he's a love. Oh well. Blood was drawn under sedation and all is well. Despite the drama, I DO recommend this veterinary practice. It is a clean, well-run, professional place to bring your fur babies.

These people harmed and abused my cat. I don't have the words to express how beyond furious,…read moreheartbroken, and in shock I feel. Last week I took my cat here to be bathed and groomed because she smelled like urine really bad after being at the emergency vet. I asked them if they were able to provide her services while keeping in mind that SHE HAD JUST LEFT THE EMERGENCY VET A FEW DAYS AGO, and would need them to be extremely gentle and careful with her, especially her mouth area. They said that yes, they would be able to, and not to worry. They proceed to tell me that services will be done in about 1.5-2 hours. Well, 2.5 hours pass and I hear nothing from them. I call and they tell me that "soap had gotten in her mouth and she vomited" and that she's still not ready to be picked up. She isn't ready to be picked up until closing time, which is already 3 hours at that point. So I pick her up and go home. When home, I see that: 1. She is bleeding from the side of her mouth/face. 2.THREE of her nails had been cut bluntly and so much so that they were bleeding. complete neglect and lack of care & attention, ESPECIALLY from a professional. (Also see photos--I have a video too if interested) 3.She can hardly open her eyes and when she does, her eyes start ROLLING BACK INTO HER HEAD and some skin membrane starts to show and cover part of her eyes (see photos-- plus have a video of this too) 4.She STILL smelled like urine and there were parts of her fur that were still sticky not properly cleaned. 5.She was shaking and looked so sick and unwell Lastly, the most concerning part of this all was that before these people abused and traumatized her, she was starting to get back to her normal self. She was eating a lot, running around, and asking for pets. After the visit, she became extremely lethargic, wouldn't eat, and her health just went super downhill. I contacted them and didn't hear anything back until I had to call a second time. The manager texted me asking to send photos of her by email and I did send both photos and video. They never got back to me. I just saw a review left 3 weeks ago by Nikki Held saying they mutilated her pet and the company responded saying they have implemented "stricter protocols" and regret their "lapses in communication". This is obviously false and this same exact thing is happening with me. Lastly!!! According to what so many other ppl are saying here, a lot of these good reviews are due to the fact that they spam you for reviews in return for a discount. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I am still waiting for a refund of what I paid. And whoever the groomer is that did this to my cat MUST be fired. If you experience(d) anything similar please feel free to contact me, as I am in the middle of speaking to my attorney.

Once we get home, I realize her nails hadn't been clipped. I reached out to them, they stated they forgot to do it and to bring her back in. I brought her in 2 days later and received a call stating that she was ready. We get home and I take her out to find that she was not given a haircut, which is wha I requested in addition to the regular grooming. Their response was, that was what was recommended by the technician. I responded with, I wanted her haircut, not a trim and requested a partial refund for all the issues with her grooming. I was told that if I was unhappy with the grooming, I could bring her back a 3RD TIME to have it completed. They have not responded to my last email. Providing the service that you pay for and customer service have deteriorated since I first brought her in. I will not waste another dollar or minute on the incompetence.
