I have been to this laundromat two times. I needed to use it when my dryer broke, and I used it today because my new washer is too small to wash a comforter. One thing I've noticed about the reviews is complaints about the lack of working dryers. It's been over three years and they now have over 14 dryers that don't work. And customers were complaining about the ones that were functional took forever to dry clothes. The business is in a fantastic location with well to do customers. I'm sure they're making enough money to replace broken dryers within three years. I notice also that the owner does not respond to negative reviews. I'm going to say something extremely blunt but I wonder about. I wonder what is really being laundered in this establishment. read more

I could just copy and paste the other reviews that have been written over the years about the lack of working machines. There were six dryers marked out of order. I managed to find an ancient dryer that was available and not marked out of order. After an hour, my clothes were still wet. I fed 30 more minutes of time. After 30 minutes, there was barely any change in dampness. The machine barely seemed to be generating heat. There was no staff present anywhere I could see, and I'd reached my limit on how long I could sit in the excruciatingly uncomfortable chairs while breathing in the overwhelming stench of mildew and listening to loud crappy pop music. I threw my laundry into a bag, took it home, and hang dried it. I'd like to get my $6 and three hours of my life back if I could. read more

No one there. Even with their updated reduced hours it wasn't open when posted. I called the main phone # and no one answered. I waited for another 15 minutes to see if someone would show up but they didn't. Had to go to another location. If the employees here can't even bother to show up I can't imagine how little they care for their job and your clothes. read more

I've used Tumble on the South Hill several times to do my laundry. The prices for a wash and dry are fair. The only downside, is the dryers still leave my clothes damp after I've put in enough quarters for a decent timed dry. This place is clean and has a lot of lighting. And I can always swing by Huckleberries Market and do some grocery shopping while I wait for my clothes to wash. read more

I received a text when it was ready for pick up as promised. Would definitely use Tumble again, as it is rare to find businesses that stay true to their business model. read more

I just moved to Downtown Spokane and I have washers and dryers available across the hall, but they are small and over priced. When I want to do wash I don't want to wait in line! Thankfully Tumble is right up the hill and they got everything I need to get all my laundry and dry cleaning all at the same place! I usually love going to the laundromat, but COVID kinda kills the vibe, but Tumble's staff is helpful and cheerful. I definitely will keep using them as my dry cleaner and go to laundromat. read more

This laundromat is very clean. The majority of the staff were very pleasant in my dealings with them (2 out of 3). I will say that as others have noted, many of the washers and dryers have signs which state "out of order." I noticed the majority were on washing machines which were older and were much cheaper to use than the others. Coincidence? I think not! I think these were put on machines, as why charge $1.50 to $2.00 per load to wash, when you can get $3.25? Overall, as pleasant as experience as possible, for washing clothes. read more

The hours are a little rough on convenience for some who works a 9-5. I would prefer if they were open a bit earlier or later. There's not much of a window to wash before or after work. The biggest issue is a really high percentage of their machines are out of order. I've been to probably a dozen laundromats in my life and this one by far has the highest percentage of machines that are out of order that I've seen. When you come in and a third of the machines are out of order & the staff is using another four or five machines to wash the items for customers who have left their laundry behind for full service, it can sometimes get tricky finding a machine that's the right size, not occupied, and actually working. read more

I have to add to the reviews that say the percentage of machines that are out of order is not acceptable. At that point you should probably just shut down to the public and take in laundry and dry cleaning. What's really annoying is they there is only a small Post-it sized note over the coin slot saying "I'm taking a break right now" or something cute like that which you notice only AFTER you have loaded the clothes inside. I repacked all my dirty laundry and went over to Browne's Addition laundromat. Positive the worker was friendly and it would have been nice to do laundry there and go to the health food store and Ace while waiting. Would have been lol. read more

I am super impressed by not only the quality and attention to detail in which this establishment handled my personal laundry order, but also equally pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of the staff at "Tumble". I coordinated the details of my order with Hope (the manager) via telephone and further organized the pick-up and delivery details with Shawna (the driver/ delivery person) and couldn't be more pleased with both their attention to detail and courteousness. Having never before utilized laundry and delivery services, "Tumble" far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the need of such services. Every small request/ Special instructions I had were handled perfectly... My comforters, sheets and linens were beautifully washed, folded and packed in high-quality storage bags and my clothing (including undergarments) were perfectly laundered and folded exactly to my specifications.
