I like the laundromat because it's clean and the price is good. The washer's and dryers work excellent. But I have a large problem with them. First of all, I had money left on a card that I had to pay for to use their machines. And now twice, I've tried to either go to laundromat or get ahold of them to make sure they were open and they are not so the fact that they say they're open 7 days a week and may close as early as 8 PM is not true, they, in fact, were closed at 7 PM yesterday. And so far today are not responding at all. I have a problem with this if you're gonna charge me to use your laundromat, at least keep your word or put a sign on your door if there's a problem, I don't think that's fair.I'm on a budget and now I have to go somewhere else.I wasted bus money and still have the money on my card That I thought I'd be able to use to dry my clothes but can't access. read more

I've been using this place for a couple of years. It has really gone downhill since Katie left. Most of the other more dependable employees (Crystal, Toni) seem to be absent as well. I don't think it's the pandemic that's making it bad, but it's not helping. It's still fairly clean (not as clean) and well-maintained (still a lot of machines out of order). But the attendant on-site seems to be a series of people who do as little as possible, and seem angry when you impose on them. Yes, I see you're folding clothes, but I need quarters, and the machine isn't working - and the first thing she says is QUARTERS ARE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY. Yeah, that's why I have six baskets of laundry - I'm a customer. She reinforces this point more than once, and then gets mad because SHE IS FOLDING CLOTHES. One particular woman working there seems to hate children. People with small kids - any kids, actually - have to do laundry. This person will come get in your face and tell you to LEAVE YOUR GODDAMN CHILDREN OUTSIDE. What the what? IF YOUR CHILDREN AREN'T BY YOUR SIDE AT ALL TIMES, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE. In the car? By themselves? I have watched this woman screaming at another woman who had an obviously developmentally disabled kid about elementary school age, and another woman whose baby - strapped in a car seat - was whimpering and crying. When I told her she was being unreasonable, she told me to leave. I did. I advise others to avoid this place as well. read more

Got the job done. Came in. Washed my clothes. I used the bigger washer for $6. Dried my clothes on medium for $0.75. Folded my clothes on their folding tables. Used their cart to move my clothes around. It was clean enough. Could use more cleaning and wiping on the folding tables (metal ones especially). If it is busy there aren't a ton of carts to share but it would be crowded is there were more carts. It got the job done for a good price. I recommend it if you need to do laundry. read more

Been going here for 12 years now, the last couple times I've been in there,I went in the evening because I thought they would be less busy, people come in there with 20+ loads of laundry, and almost all the washers are full and getting a dryer is even harder, you can also watch some people into the restrooms but not everyone gets to use them I guess you gotta know someone all I can say is WTF read more

I only go here once a month and up until this year it was really very good the people were good and all . It was cleaner than most and the machines were good. But as of this year it has gone really down hill. The machines are always broken. The people are not as good and don't seem to care if it is clean. The drier doors do not stay close. But if you say anything thing they claim you put to much in them. I did not fill mine that full it was about one third full wet and about half when dry. Some one move the chair that was keeping the door closed. And I said something and she claimed I filled to full, said if did not like it the door was there. I guess she the new manager. Something the granddaughter of the person that owns the place. It has really gone down hill and I will not be spending between $20 and $30 Dollars there a month to be treated like that. read more

My first time using the laundromat ever and it was a great experience so I had to leave a review! This place is great the staff is responsive and helpful and cleaning any chance they get so it's pretty sanitary which was my biggest concern. They have multiple aisles for small washers and two big washers for bedding and large loads! I wasn't expecting to pay 10$ for 20 mins of the large wager but I'm already here with all my comforters and don't know much about what a good price would be which was the only con about the place ! Overall great spot to do laundry! Quick and easy they have carts to help you roll the load around to dryers and everyone keeps to themselves. read more

I just tried this place and really appreciate their efforts during COVID. Masks are enforced, plenty of literature posted all over, the attendant was constantly cleaning and sanitizing and looked like she was working her butt off. It's not the prettiest place and a good amount of the machines were out of order as previous reviews said, but I didn't mind at all and it was worth it to a) feel a bit safer and know precautions are being taken where mandated and b) support a business that shows up for the community and takes the wellness of its patrons seriously. Beyond that, the washers and dryers are efficient and not too expensive. Everything got clean and dry and I was in and out in just over an hour. I'll definitely be doing my laundry here for the time being. read more

I used to love this laundry mat, and drive 15 miles one way to use it. The ladies always kept the machines all clean, wiped down, and the floor very clean. Today the place looked like a 'pig stye'. There were about 10 people in there-no masks. The floors had dirt in piles that had been swept up, and left there. I never saw the woman behind the counter make an attempt to clean anything. The whole place people were on top of each other. No safety precautions at all. I was very very disappointed. I hope the manager reads this. Lazy employees are ruining his business. So I read how high is this laundromat stores with most. So I decide to give it a try and I can tell you for sure that this is by far the cleanest laundromat oh, I was going to stay west of the Mississippi but I've been east of the Mississippi as far as the country goes and this is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen. Although it is in a questionable part of town it is immaculate. So as I journey through life I take the time to ask the woman who seems to be taking care of everything how long she has been here and why the laundromat is so clean. She tells me she has been here six or seven years and that it didn't used to be that way that it used to be a little bit more of what a lot of people would expect that that she has through a lot of hard work made it what it is right now. I came in here yesterday, and made a mess by accident, and she very politely helped me clean it up. So today I asked her what her name was and I couldn't help but laugh when she told me. I like also to point out that Katie, the attendant there is amazing!! From start to finish, she instantly made me feel welcome (my first time!), gave me a run down of all the machines, offered to help, and checked in to see if I need help. Clean, clean, clean! The location is not the best but that's not their fault. The Out of Order machines are clearly indicated. If you time it right you can have the place almost all to yourself. There seems to be an early morning rush. The attendants are always nice. It has to be challenging in that location with a lot of homeless hanging around so I forgive them for being a bit cautious. So far my best laundromat experience in Spokane. Prices fair. Dryers hot. No public restroom which is not good for an old dude with a bad prostate. Come on guys. Covid is not transmitted via objects. THEY DO IRONING!! It's fast, inexpensive and reliable. Bring your own hangers to save even more. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service that Krystal provided; tipped her well for a job well done. She was able to iron my shirts within a days notice so that I could concentrate on packing for a last minute business trip. I didn't want my shirts rewashed because they were already clean. I am just one of those people that hate ironing and put it off to the last minute. Just over $16 for 12-shirts and 2 pairs of pants! What a bargain. Will definitely come back. read more

Love this place. We've been traveling in a camper van for a few months and have done laundry at a number of spots - this one is by far the nicest! Their machines are super clean and new looking, the laundromat is spacious, their prices are fair for all sized loads, and the attendant is very cheerful and helpful. Not to mention, plenty of seating, free WiFi, and a bathroom - which makes it nice while you're waiting for your laundry. This place is super cheap if you need to do some laundry. I washed/dried my clothes and bought detergent for $3.50. There is a quarter machine inside that takes bills. The comments about some interesting people in there is no joke. One person wasn't even wearing pants and talking to himself. It is a clean facility though and the staff are friendly. read more

Well first time I went I had a good experience and felt my belongings were safe and my kids were safe while playing in the little play area the only negative thing that day was staff was hardly around spent most there time in back room and there was a lingering smell of marijuana which I didn't mind but tonight the only staff onsite was not very good at her job allowing transient and homeless people do drugs for hours at a time in the bathroom in and out the whole time I was there and sometimes 2 of them would go to the rest room at a time inconsiderate of the actual customers needing to use the restroom. You could clearly tell they were high off of meth and the young lady there just allowed this to go on. It seem as if they were not only doing drugs in the restroom but selling outside horrible horrible night there and that was enough for me to NEVER want to go back. Be aware it's not safe place for your clothes or kids to be and staff will just turn there backs the other way. read more

This laundromat saved us today on our roadtrip. My two year old had a diaper leak and we needed her favorite blankie and pack n play sheet washed ASAP. I found this place, started a load, and asked the employee working if I could pay her to move our things to a dryer in a half hour, so we could take the kids to the Children's Museum, rather than wait around. She was happy to help, and when I returned, our laundry was not only dry, but folded and in a bag! Wow! I have never had such exceptional service, and because of her help, we were able to fit in a bit of fun before our long drive for the day. Thank you! read more
