This laundry mat is one of the best ones I've ever used especially when my washing machine at home broke down and I had to go to the laundromat to wash my clothes. They have big washers, convenience, and fast under an hour. I will be done, but luckily, I didn't have to dry, because my dryer is still working so I just washed my clothes a come home. I've been using laundromats for two years now and find this place the BEST, hands down. It's clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful and washers are cheaper than others ( unless u want dirty machines where half are broken...in a sketchy area ...) the bonus is that it is the ONLY place that will refund your card balance if needed! The minute she told me that- I was in. I hate feeling like everyone nickel and dimes me to death. I work hard for my money, and life is expensive enough. Ive always felt uneasy about using laundromats and I've had terrible experiences in the past. But this location actually had me a little excited to go out and do some laundry! The building itself is clean and very well maintained. The music is nice and the folks working there are very kind and accommodating! The biggest plus is the laundry card that you get! Everything was fine. It was clean. The machines worked well. But it's so expensive. You have to buy a card and end up spending upwards of $7 to wash and dry one load. And because you have to buy the card in specific increments, you end up with money leftover you can't use. (I was passing through town on a business trip.) read more

Today is 9/27/2017.. After multiple requests from me asking the staff at this facility to wear a mask please. They still refuse to do so. I don't understand how you can continue to operate a buisness illegally at this point. We are once again in the triple didgets. (9.2% new cases per 100,000.) An asset to our community. The owner seems to do a really great job with hiring and training the employees because this place is always very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I hope he treats them well for all their hard work. Half the time I use their drop off laundry service and they do a fantastic job...my laundry is folded wonderfully and the same way I do it. Wish I could justify having them do all of my laundry all of the time but it's not in my budget unfortunately. Would be great if they offered occasional discounts, coupons or promotions (I'm not aware of any if they do). It would certainly encourage and enable me to use them more often. Wow! Super clean and nice! You have to buy a re-load able card to use in the machines but the owner was nice enough to lend me his since I'm here in town visiting and won't likely be back. I was really enthusiastic until last week when the attendant told me how many pods to use and she was dead wrong. ALL of my laundry came out soapy, which I couldn't tell until after it was dry. I'd used the biggest machine, so it was about 5 loads. It came out stiff with soap still in it. Can you imagine stiff cotton underpants? I had to go somewhere else and put all that laundry through cold wash and rinse cycles with no soap in either. read more

Easily my favorite laundromat. It's a bit more expensive than others, but you can have everything washed and dried in 1 hour. The attendants are always very friendly and do an excellent job at keeping the machines clean. I also like that they use a pre-paid card system for payments instead of quarters. read more

Heather was the attendant at the laundry room when I went and she was unmasked the entire time. I asked her why she wasn't wearing a mask because she was standing quite close to me. She told me she had a medical exemption because of a nerve disorder that meant nothing could touch her face. However, she said this to me with facial piercings and glasses both of which are of course touching her face. A perfectly reasonable accommodation would be a faceshield which would touch just as much of her face as her glasses while also providing droplet protection to protect customers. The other employee (Satira?) was not wearing a mask at first but at least she put one on when I asked so that I didn't have to potentially expose myself to contagious droplets just to finish my laundry. read more

I like this laundromat a lot, but I am disappointed and alarmed to see that they are not enforcing the mask policy mandated by the state. Today I watched the attendant walk all around the shop and parking lot, do laundry, talk to customers (no distancing), clean, etc. all while wearing no mask, just a bandana hanging around his neck. Several customers were also without masks and none of them were asked to put masks on. At least one customer was eating inside. I see several online reviews from the past month for this location and the Nevada location saying saying the same thing. The "masks required" sign at the front entrance is small and all the way down at the bottom and to the side, as though purposely hidden from view. I understand these are hard times for everyone but I'm begging the owner to please do more to keep their customers and employees safe. At this point everyone is at risk and it's due to negligence on the part of the business owner to enforce the mandatory policies. Some of us need this place and places like it because we don't have the option of doing laundry at home. I really don't want to die or be hospitalized because I had no choice but to do my laundry in an unsafe environment, and I don't want that for anyone in our community either. I hope this situation is rectified soon. read more

I've only been here a few times but it's always been a positive experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I don't go in very often, mostly to wash rugs and blankets, and every time the worker on duty has graciously waived the laundry card (which costs a dollar) and just kept track of which machines I used etc so I could just pay at the end. I've been going to this location for a few years now, pre-covid, and love the machines and knowing that if I am not right back with the machine the moment it goes off, no one will touch my stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful if needed and I don't have to carry quarters with me and worry about having enough if I need more. I keep my laundry card in my wallet and reload it when I need to. AND if you run out of supplies, i.e. soap, softener, etc. they have some for sale. My only sadness is that they didn't have any oxiclean when I needed it last and the stuff they did have didn't get the stains out of my clothes. I'll just be sure to have it on hand and make sure I don't forget it at home. This location is very close to my home so it's nice I don't have to drive across town to do my laundry. The full process takes 1.5-2 hours and I'm done. 30 mins for wash, 30 or so for dry, then the folding and that takes as long as it takes. 10/10, will recommend read more

I am so impressed everytime I come here....the facility is always clean and well maintained.... I always see the attendants sweeping or sanitizing the place. Today, January 18th, the attendant was cleaning the dryers when he noticed me loading clothes into a washer, he pointed out that I could fit more into the machine, I told him that I was washing a childs peed in clothes and I wanted to wash them separate from everything else, he then told me that I could use a smaller machine and spend less on the load. I appreciate this kind of help, they are not concerned only with making money, but with helping their customers.... a great place. read more

I have very limited experience at laundromats. The staff on hand "Heather" was very helpful and appeared eager to please. She stated that if I wanted to I could leave and she would be able to transfer my clothes from washer to dryer for a small fee. She reports my clothing would be safe. There is a small area for children that includes a flat screen TV, chairs, and some random toys. The toys and chairs appeared dirty. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return. read more

My husband and I come here every week to do laundry and are always impressed with the clean facilities, friendly staff, and fast laundry time. It is a bit more expensive than other laundromats we've visited, but absolutely worth it. Last week while we were loading our laundry, my husband noticed a dirty soap container in all 3 of our machines. We let the girl on shift know, and she paid for the 3 new machines we moved our laundry too! Can't get any better than free laundry.
