I met with Megan to discuss adding volume and reducing wrinkles after some much needed weight loss. She was very informative and gave me options based on price, speed of results and intensity. She printed out options so I could choose after taking time to review options at home. The actual day of procedure Megan reviewed choices and informed me every step of the way. The pain was minimal as expected. I haven't seen results as it's only been three days but will check back in 4weeks for step two of procedure. As always, I had an excellent experience. I went in for the third session of a three-part series of BBL Hero/Moxi Laser treatment to reduce freckles/brown spots/rosacea/teeny veins with Master Esthetician Sarah. She is so personable and kind and ensured that I felt comfortable every step of the way. When I go to see her, it's just like meeting up with a friend! She answers my questions and explains everything in a manner that I can understand. The results have been amazing. She showed me some of my before and after pictures and there is a noticeable difference. I'm very happy and committed to keeping up with maintenance sessions. Pur skin clinic is literally the BEST EVER!! I love them and recommend them to everyone. Kaitlin does my Botox and filler and she is phenomenal. Not only is she extremely experienced but she genuinely cares about each of her patients. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and spends so much time with you to make sure you like what you see. She is also on the more cautious side with injecting Botox/filler which I appreciate because she never overdoes it and you can always come back in to get touch ups. Her recommendations (especially for places to get filler) are very thoughtful and specific to each patient. Kaitlin is just so knowledgeable and makes the whole process feel casual and not intimidating at all. One of my favorite things about her is that she says that she loves her job because she looks at/treats her patients as works of art that appreciate over time. Katie does my clear and brilliant laser treatments and a few other random kinds of treatments for me in the past and is also AMAZING. We can talk for so long that I don't even notice that my treatment is done! She is funny and sweet and has the best personality. I had an appointment reminder card with an 8.8.22 appointment. When I showed up for that appointment, I was told that it was scheduled for a later date, 8.18.22. Office Manager, Carly couldn't explain, nor did she seem really be concerned that I had taken the time out of my day to show up to an appointment I had I handed her the original card, which she destroyed, otherwise I would have attached a photo of it. A little over a week later (today) , I received an email from Carly stating the appointment was moved to another date and she apologized for the miscommunication. Yes, I received that email 10 days after my 8.8.22 appointment. On a previous date, I had a 5 PM appointment scheduled, I waited until 6PM before I was seen by the Esthetician. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I had been going to PUR consistently for DiamondGlow facials and medical grade peels for well over a year. I will not go back to PUR. I've seen other dermatologists and had minimal success over the years. When I moved to Edmonds I decided to try PŪR Skin clinic. Not only is the clinic super cute, clean, and comfortable the vibe is great. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I love that you can schedule online and easily navigate their website. I saw Dr. Brasier for an initial consultation and a couple of follow ups for ongoing acne, melasma, and scarring. She was very helpful and prescribed some topicals I hadn't tried before as they're very unique to the clinic, not just the run of the mill variety. Dr. Brasier also suggested treatments that could be very helpful. Having a great dermatologist be able to recommend someone for treatments is a game changer for me. I have had less than stellar experiences with spa treatments and felt like I needed more guidance in what treatments would be best for me. Also, which skin care products would work best for me. That's when I met Katie! I have seen her several times and can't wait for my next appointment with her. From chemical peels to facials (my favorite being the Diamond glow) to micro needling Katie has me covered. I've been blown away by her skills and the results I have achieved. 10/23/17 so excited as I get to see Carly and the great staff today for my facial. I don't get in often enough usually but it's amazing how Carly can magically help my skin from ears of surfing damage and it's VERY relaxing! If you want great skin care with great relaxing energy I highly recommend you book an appt. they can get booked up so plan ahead. Especially during the holiday season! A month ago.... I love going here as Carly is wonderful and works well with my years of sun damaged skin to keep it healthy. There are lots of other treatments offered and any customer I speak to loves those as well. For me it's a simple facial with a little dermabrasion to keep the skin cells healthy from sun and surf long ago. The spa is lovely, and people are polite and personable. After an initial consultation for improving my aging skin, I was recommended micro needling. I purchased three sessions (not inexpensive), and have completed all three. Unfortunately, there is little to no noticeable difference, even after an allotted waiting period (for collagen activation). No one ever asked if I was satisfied or followed up in any way, so I assume mine is a common outcome. I do not recommend this treatment. read more

This clinic is the best, honestly! I've had two different procedures at Pur. First was botox injections. I told Denise I didn't want the 'frozen' look and she understood and did an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else for Botox in the future, that's for sure. Secondly, I purchased a series of IPL sessions (3) as I have sun damage from my early teens, and even before. The first two sessions have been great, and what a difference!! Jill did my first session and was very thorough, even going over a few "dark" spots multiple times (this only happened because a)I agreed to it and b) was CRAZY numb). Traci did my second treatment and was equally as good and thorough. I'm so happy with Pur, the procedures, everyone is very friendly and beyond helpful. Have been getting Botox injects fo years. The last time I had them, at Pur Skin Clinic they used an electrical vibration device at the same time they were giving me the injections. Guess what happened? No crows feet! Am 61 years old. Look 47 years old now...Have been experiencing age discrimination. Hope this helps me get a job! The doctor who treated me was very personable. I originally chose PuR for the very private/boutique style environment. I stayed for Jill. For providers, I've only been treated by Jill here for fillers and botox. It takes me forever to find a beauty professional I like but with Jill, I got lucky. She knows exactly what my goals are and helps me visualize how to achieve them. Her communication skill makes my experience stress free. I've noticed many clinics that are less expensive. In this industry, you get what you pay for. You don't want to learn the hard way when it comes to you face :) I plan on doing facial lasers soon and if the rest of the squad is half as talented as Jill, they have an all-star cast.
