I originally chose PuR for the very private/boutique style environment. I stayed for Jill. For providers, I've only been treated by Jill here for fillers and botox. It takes me forever to find a beauty professional I like but with Jill, I got lucky. She knows exactly what my goals are and helps me visualize how to achieve them. Her communication skill makes my experience stress free. I've noticed many clinics that are less expensive. In this industry, you get what you pay for. I'm still not happy with the service at PUR. Denise is not truthful with her analysis of how many units of Botox one will need, and I had filler done by her, and there were no results. I spent $900 and don't look like I've had anything done. She replied to my previous review by saying no one from Oregon is in her system (that's irrelevant. I have homes in more than one state) and that no one had any concerns like what I mentioned. I was lied to by Denice, and her staff. I have proof. I hesitated to get my lawyer involved but I don't feel Denice did $1500 worth of work and she's asking too much per unit for Botox. I've had Botox for almost five years, filler for three, and Denice lacks bedside manner, subsequently resulting in a situation such as this. I am having my team send a letter for reimbursement;no intentions to ever dial PUR's number and speak to a puppet of Denice's. Do not go here, you will be ripped off. read more

I have been a customer at Pūr Skin Clinic now for several years. I have received many facials from both Carly and Rachel - all were fabulous. The mixture of spa-like relaxation and medical-grade procedures and products is amazing. Down to the smallest details of soft linens and chocolates awaiting you pre-procedure, you can tell Pūr staff really care about their patients. Recently I underwent CoolSculpting with Carly for my abdomen and I have to say - it was awesome. They did so well walking me through the process and keeping me comfortable throughout (love the drink and snack cart!). Results take several months but I'm so excited to go in for my last appointment and see the before/after photos. I had a series of 3 Clear & Brilliant treatments done here (plus my initial consultation), and Jill was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgable, patient, a great communicator, and does great work. Unlike other local clinics offering similar services, Jill offered to do the procedure herself, which I strongly preferred over a laser technician. She made sure to answer all my questions, ensure my comfort, and work with my crazy schedule. All other staff is kind and friendly, and being able to schedule appointments over email makes my life much easier. There aren't many places worth it for me to drive this far from Seattle, but PUR definitely is. I will not get a cosmetic treatment that they offer anywhere else! read more

I have had so many different facials from various places around Seattle and the Fire and Ice Facial from PUR Skin is the best of all of them! Very few places offer the exclusive Fire and Ice facial (which is a favorite among celebrities ). I have also been seeing Jill for occasional Botox and she is wonderful! I could no longer get ahold of my previous girl, I think she left the state due to COVID-19, so I was on a serious hunt for my new special person. Tracy was excellent! I have had problems with Botox not feeling as potent. Other providers I went to said I was building a tolerance to the product. However, I do Botox seldom, I told Tracy my issue, she did not give me more than my usual, in fact a bit less. I appreciated her listening to me . Tracy did a great job. At 75 yo I was tired of looking in the mirror and seeing my double chin. I had heard of cool sculpting but never had a treatment. My consultation was with Raina and I explained to her that I only had one permanent treatment to my face and that was eyelids 21 years earlier. I was very nervous. She sat with me, explained the treatment and informed me of all her credentials. She's a lead certified medical assistant and specialist. Lots of schooling in cool sculpting and has been with Pur for 4 years. I decided on the treatments (3). It was relatively easy. I watched a movie while being treated with only very slight discomfort afterwards. No down time. Three areas needed treated and each treatment was 45 minutes. I did two then came back for the third. I highly recommend Raina for cool sculpting, she is professional, kind and understanding and very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate, you deserve it! I purchased the UltraShape Body Contouring package including 3 treatments 2 weeks apart for $2000.00; at the time the Clinic was running a special, buy 2 treatments and get the 3rd one free. As advertised, I was under the impression that the end result would be 1-3 inches of stubborn fat lost. A consult with a medical provider was not offered to determine whether or not I was a good candidate for the procedure. Later I learned, this was a mess up on the clinics part. I voiced my concern/disappointment early on regarding my lack of results and was told I needed to complete the 3 treatments before it could be determined if this procedure worked or not. Weeks after completing my last treatment, I again voiced my disappointment that I hadn't lost anything. I was told that the owner would be in touch with me. She sure was in touch with me. Just prior to the phone call she emailed me a copy of the waiver I had signed, waiving my right to reimbursement of any kind since I refused to undress completely and have my before photo taken in a pair of skimpy paper underwear. Honestly, I wish I would have been reminded of this "paragraph long" consent I signed sooner, as I may not have wasted my time attempting to reach out to the business for some type of compensation and had to experience the following unprofessional response. With a passive aggressive and insulting tone the owner accused me of not following the diet and exercise plan, as supposedly directed by her esthetician responsible for performing the procedures. However, this instruction actually was NOT given by the esthetician. Even though my weight was never measured by Pur Skin Clinic, nor did the owner ever see me, she accused me of gaining weight over the course of treatments. Contrary to the owner's accusations, I actually did maintain a healthy diet and continued to exercise a couple of times a week throughout the entire 8 week treatment. Finally, the owner accused me of being aggressive. In reality the owner and head of the Clinic, treated me with contempt and vulgarity. Based on this highly negative and frustrating experience I highly recommend against this Clinic. read more
