Tiana, owner of G&GY was just the kind of persona nd professional I needed to find here in San Angelo to keep me working at 100% to perform and feel my absolute best. I have had one 60 minute session with her so far and loved it! It's a unique combo of massage, trigger point work, active release, deep stretching, and mindful breathing. I have not had this hybrid style of body work done before this visit but now find myself hooked on it. I felt so good afterward and this from someone with few issues or problems going in to begin with...and I still felt better! Tiana's professional conduct, ability to be casual but formal, chill but tuned in to my needs and comments, was really impressive. Some people can feel uneasy and nervous being touched and bent around by a stranger for the first time. Not so for me with Tiana, felt at ease and welcomed the entire time. Nobody is here to pretend to lift and look at girls all rapey-faced. It's just a bunch of military intel-bros and a couple chicks trying to get their fitness on. There are no frills here. If you want tanning or massage, look elsewhere. It's a military gym, for Christ's sake. Don't drink the water.
