Nobody is here to pretend to lift and look at girls all rapey-faced. It's just a bunch of military intel-bros and a couple chicks trying to get their fitness on. There are no frills here. If you want tanning or massage, look elsewhere. It's a military gym, for Christ's sake. Don't drink the water.

We instantly joined and have been going every day since. I wake up early so having early access with a key card is nice. I have yet to be at a time when it is crowded. Most of the time it is myself and just 2-3 others. This place does not feel intimidating for those trying to get into shape or back into shape like myself.
