As the class started, the owner yelled at us from across the room insinuating we hadn't actually signed up or paid. It was rude and embarrassing as she shouted in front of everyone instead of walking over to us quietly or just checking after class. This studio is way too expensive to be treated like that. The element of balance while on water is a completely different experience from traditional yoga. I always feel like I'm suspended in time and space when I'm outside in nature with no weight below me and no roof above me. It's a whole new level of Zen that I have not been able to find with any other yoga practice. It's a very personalized practice and a small group. I highly recommend to all skill levels, even first timers like my husband will enjoy it.

Nobody is here to pretend to lift and look at girls all rapey-faced. It's just a bunch of military intel-bros and a couple chicks trying to get their fitness on. There are no frills here. If you want tanning or massage, look elsewhere. It's a military gym, for Christ's sake. Don't drink the water.
