I couldn't be happier with my new system. I had it installed 11 months ago. I noticed the water pressure had dropped a few weeks ago so I called for an early service. I wasn't sure if the area had reduced its water pressure or if someone my main regulator was the issue. I have had the system now for over 2 years. Much better than my old salt based system. Takes up much less room and no maintenance. The key here has been the service staff. I live in an area that has crappy water. This means my filters need replacing more frequently than normal. The water technicians I have dealt with have all been excellent. I started with Julio and more recently have had Tanner Leikman. Both have been great. Tanner always responds right away and comes over ASAP. He has good knowledge of the system and of the water in my area. He takes the time whether it's me or my wife to explain what he is doing and why. To be clear, the only issues I've had are related to filters getting clogged due to ciry water quality. The techs always take time to show me the filter and quickly replace getting me back on track. We had Purigan Water installed in our newly built home after the salesman assured us it would eliminate water spots on our dishes, showers, and sinks. Unfortunately, that promise was completely false. Within a month of installation, we noticed no difference and reached out for support. After multiple back-and-forth conversations with the "manager," I requested a refund. Instead of honoring it, they assured us the system would be fixed. Fast forward a year, and we are still dealing with the same issues--constantly texting three different managers, none of whom provide a straight answer or a solution. At this point, we are being completely ghosted. The customer service is beyond terrible, and we regret ever trusting this company. Puragain Water Filtration Company? DON'T DO IT!!! $5900 dollars they've stolen from me. It's a complete scam! Ours was installed in March. I was told the water would be clear within 30 minutes. When it wasn't, then it was going to be a day. After a week of film and discoloration on all metal and plastic in the dishwasher, the manager came out and drained the water heater. That did nothing. I had to soak ALL metal cookware and flatware in vinegar to remove the film. Can't use the dishwasher at all because the works are damaged. I've deep cleaned it at least four times and it still dispenses a nasty dirty film. Just unusable. My dogs and I were getting sick from Puragain water. Severe diarrhea. I went out of town and had no problems. Come home and it's back. Finally the manager came out and I told him I wanted it removed because of all the issues. He said, no problem, I'll get you a refund. They retrieved their equipment within a few days. A couple weeks later, he referred me to his regional manager. I have texts from him saying that the check should have been cut, then that he didn't understand what the holdup was. Then nothing. I've texted, no response. I made a complaint through BBB. They received...No response. So now, I'm forced to go through the trouble of collecting documents, filing a suit and taking my own time up when it finally does go to court. $5900. Who can afford to just say goodbye to that kind of money? Not me. I'm going to include a new dishwasher in the suit, too. Seriously, folks! Save yourself from the hassle. I switched to Halo 5. It's less expensive and there is no maintenance. In fact, it flushes itself clean once a week. No more sick family. Now to continue gathering documents for that court case. WHAT A SCAM! read more

At first it was good, $5,899 good! But then... The hard water spots are still there. They came out and replaced the yearly filter for $450. I have decided to remove the under sink filter but keep the whole house filter, we use a brita pitcher anyway. Called on 11/3/25 was to receive a call back to schedule the removal. Called again on 11/6/25 to schedule the removal. It is now 11/9/25 and they still have not called back. We just had our first annual filter service with our Puragain system. It was and has been functioning well. The Reverse Osmosis system has been great and we like having a spigot at the sink to use for cooking and drinking water. Tanner came out and performed the service.
