I cannot say enough good things about Juan, the technician for Purcell Murray. He is the kindest, most helpful person! Our oven and refrigerator both had some issues that needed tweaking, and he came out so PROMPTLY, sent a text when on his way, arrived with a mask, booties and a smile. Juan sets up the work area so thoughtfully, is so patient and a great communicator - listens to the problem and is so kind to explain everything. I was frustrated by the issues we were experiencing (Purcell Murray did not install, FYI) but they've been resolved - and with a promise that if there are additional issues, Juan would return to assist. Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. I live in Washington State and have a less than one year old ASKO dishwasher. Living with a broken dishwasher and after much communication over a few months, I have been told the part I need is no longer being made. This has left me with an unrepairable nearly new dishwasher. To eventually obtain this information, I had to deal with the Purcell Murray staff. I found them to be nasty, condescending and rude, incompetent liars. It must have slipped their mind that I was a paying customer with a product they were selling. I hope my path NEVER has to deal with Purcell Murray ever again. Avoid this distributor at all cost! My refrigerator didn't work since day 1. They were nice enough to come out and fix it. Unfortunately 3 weeks later the same problem happened. It's now 9 months later. My freezer still doesn't work. We are starting to design our cabinets and the specifications of the dishwasher were a bit vague on the manufacturers website. I called to inquire about it, and not only did Judy try her best to answer my questions on the phone, she went out of her way to pull off the toe kick of the dishwasher in the showroom to take photos to send over. If thats kind of service I get as a random caller I feel confident about making my appliances purchases here in the future. read more

Their technician left my coffee machine leaking, not just once, but two times. They came back to finally fix the problem and it took them over 2 months to come back to reinstall the machine after the repairs were made because they were busy and the other technician they flew in from Los Angeles. I can live with that as it's a high end machine and it requires knowledge of the machine. But when they told me to file a claim through their insurance; their insurance completely denied responsibility. I emailed ownership and management and at first they were sympathetic and told me to let the insurance handle it which makes sense then when I got denied I emailed them to make things right and low and behold - no response. My insurance did a horrible job writing up the subrogation. They did not even do a thorough investigation. No thanks to Safeco Insurance. The leak caused my floors to warp and my cabinet to warp. Their owners won't even own up to their technician's fault and now they have me resorting to legal action. To screw me like this is unconscionable and unbelievable! I thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. Even their technicians apologized and I have texts to prove it. So be careful! I never thought this company would do this to me. There are other places you can get high end appliances with better customer service like Friedmans Appliance. I wished I spent my $40k with Friedmans Appliance instead. read more

Great place to get informed about high end appliances. They are the American distributor for La Cornue stoves. When we went, Larissa took us around showing us the different stove options as well as refrigerators and dishwashers. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and even gave us wonderful cooking advice. She has experience cooking on all of the ranges so had first hand experience that helped us understand which range was best for us. Larissa and Paul were wonderful at explaining how the La Cornue ovens work. They offered a cooking class and served the wonderful food they cooked in my oven I got. Paul answered my numerous questions about cooking with my oven. Larissa provided recipes with cook times and temperature settings to send her photos of how my oven is cooking. Beautiful showroom. Staff is always helpful. The training abd associates can always answer any of my question and concerns in a very timely manner. The Thermador and Bosch Showrooms are just stunning. If you get a chance go to the cooking class and have them cook and really show off the products. The Rep Linda is always available to answer my call on any day off the week and has answer to either address my concerns or give me options. I love this place!!! This is an unbelievable showroom with experienced and knowledgable staff. I selected all my appliances there and then purchased from one of their dealers. They were so helpful in my selections based on my needs, my family, my budget and the space I had available. However the most impressive fthing was thst I had the same level of interest and service after I had purchased my products and would return to the showroom for cooking classes or product education. We had a wonderful experience at Purcell Murray in the past 2 days. We wanted something other than Wolf/Subzero. We wanted a high-end appliance that was sleek and contemporary. The Gaggenau line is amazing. They are made in Germany and it is exactly what we are looking for. Judy gave us a great overview of the products we were interested in. We learned a lot. Larissa gave us the next layer of information, including several short demonstrations of the products we were interested in so we had a direct experience. She has lots of informative videos on Youtube about all the products in this showroom. We really enjoyed working with her! They were both very informative, generous with their time, and knew the products inside and out. Larissa even gave us valuable feedback about our kitchen remodel that was very insightful. I cannot say enough great things about Purcell Murray. They have a beautiful showroom... and most importantly, they have great people who are enthusiastic about making sure that we were well taken care of.
