The paver stones were discolored and black; weeds were growing from every possible crack; last but not least, the patio was uneven with water draining towards the house! The previous homeowners clearly did not know how to build a patio (nor do I). That is when I decided to take a chance with Flawless landscaping's services. I received 4 quotes ranging up to $4k to simply re-level the patio's base, clean, and re-build it! Well Flawless got my vote because they were the most cost effective. I am so glad I chose them. The compliments keep coming! Since then, we've asked him to design for the side of the house and the entrance to our back deck, as well. Dave is very easy to work with and full of information he is only too happy to share. We have not had any issues with unhealthy bushes or trees. They're all thriving. On one occasion, he switched out a shrub that was not to our taste and we're totally satisfied with the final result.
