Since I live in Richmond, Kitchening & Co's main shop is a bit of a drive for me so I have never physically visited the store myself, but I believe that they sell their famous macarons all across BC! I have heard that Edible Canada on Granville Island carries Kitchening & Co products so I may just have to check it out in case I have a craving for their amazing Ginger Chocolate Cookies later in the year!

The clusters in the bag are in a variety of sizes but can easily be broken to an appropriate serving. The chocolate covering is definitely a quality dark chocolate. The other ingredients provide a nice crunch but are not easily identifiable. The nutritional information for a half cup serving (28g) are 150 calories and only 4 net carbs. There is 13 g of fat with 0g Trans fats. There is 3g of dietary fiber, and 3g of protein. All of this goodness and only 50mg of sodium. I'm sold that if I'm craving a real decadent dessert this product satisfies my craving. I've replaced my empty bag with a new 16oz bag purchased at Sam's Club.

Usually butter cream is sugary sweet and rich, but the cake must have been made by a trainee, because they forgot to add flavour tot he icing. It must have been a mistake because it tasted odd.
