They service it yearly which comes with its perks of new filters, water salt, and peace of mind knowing things are working well. My only negative would be the service calls are a little pricier (around $150 per visit, not including parts) than the average plumber or other water needs you might have. However, soft water is a premium service so I can understand why they charge what they charge. Overall, we are very happy with our service and products from Culligan and will continue to use them for all our water treatment needs.

The interior was not dirty, but also looked dated and could definitely use a refresh. Businesses in the Regency area tend to look fancier and better well kept up, so I'd like to see this Whole Foods get a little TLC. I just feel like the vibe is off a little from what I would expect. I also expected to see a wider variety of apples. I guess to me Whole Foods means lots of organic and natural items as well as a broader selection than what you might find at conventional grocery store like Hy-Vee. But that really wasn't the case. Other than having lots of organic options, the specific types of apples weren't that unique or exciting. When it came time to check out, there was not a single open register with a human being. They only had self check out open, which is not my immediate preference.

The attendant at the entrance wanted me to pull very close to the car ahead of me. Note: there wasn't a crazy long line they were trying to alleviate. Regardless, safety shouldn't be jeopardized because there's a long line! The car ahead of me was a big pickup truck. The attendant at the exit of the car wash had this guy stop way earlier than cars normally do for the drying off. Note: the weather was really nice so it's not like it was -5° or so. My car was done and I noticed the next car close behind ME. I rolled my window down and told the attendant we needed to move or there would be an accident. He disregarded me. Kept dealing w the truck. The lady behind me had to slam on her brakes. I honked this time. The attendant couldn't care less. After my car was dry - and it wasn't dried well - I went to the cashier in the store and asked for the manager. A supervisor came to hear my story and say there was nothing she could do. My small child was in my car when this happened. I was HOT. More so than if I'd have been alone. I was given a name and number to call on Monday. The manager. Well it's Wednesday and we still haven't connected. I called and couldn't call at the right time apparently and then left a msg but received no call back. For as expensive as Fantasy's is - this is beyond poor service. But the lack of concern for safety is appalling. I may try to report this company somewhere.

We talked for a bit and set up a time to meet. He was actually running early on our meeting day so he called and asked if he could stop by sooner (15 min) and I agreed. He looked at the space where it was going to go, did a great job explaining the installation process and what the installer would do, he gave me a couple of setup options with his recommendation, and then went over the different equipment options and plans. He was extremely thorough from start to finish. Erik was the installer. Very professional and very polite. Again, he went over what he was going to do, kept me informed as needed during the process, and pointed out a small plumbing issue that was a pre-existing issue, but showed the courtesy to point it out. Back up to when Andy left, he couldn't get through to their office to schedule the install, but the scheduling lady (Esmeralda?) called me about 15 min after Andy left to get it on the calendar. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish.
