How fortunate we are in discovering Tracy, at Simply Pilates in downtown Smithtown. She and her assistants do an excellent job. We have been using this studio for over four months now, receiving semi-private training sessions. My wife and I are retired seniors with different abilities. She explained every movements clearly, offered helpful corrections, provided challenges, and created a supportive environment. It looks like it's someone's personal number and when I went to call, a woman picked up and then hung up on me when I mentioned I've been trying to contact the studio about booking classes. After this awful experience, I don't even wanna bother showing up in person. Really unprofessional, disappointing and sad to see such negative energy brought into the yoga world, running a business this way.
