I am relatively new to Pilates in general (4 months) and brand new to Club Pilates and the level 1.5 circuit class format. Last night's class with Christie was excellent. She explained every movements clearly, offered helpful corrections, provided challenges, and created a supportive environment. I'm already noticing improvement in my strength and balance, and I always leave class feeling better than when I came in. I highly recommend Club Pilates for anyone at any level. Try Christie's classes if you can. You won't regret it! read more

I've been trying to go to Pilates. Every class is waitlisted and they just tell you to book it months in advance that's ridiculous. Then they ask what can they do to help. Obviously get me into a class. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and would just keep saying give us more money and book it months in advance. Would not recommend read more

I signed up during the grand opening weekend for the unlimited classes. Love the early morning sessions when there are usually a fewer amount of students. Most of my sessions have been with CP Reformer 1 with Jess who is a great instructor. Club Pilates pricing is reasonable considering that I value Pilates over other forms of exercise. I wish CP corporate would start a pure classic mat class but that doesn't seem to be in their plans. Regardless there is a variety of different classes that I look forward to exploring. read more

I am writing this review only because of the recent conversation that I had with ASHLEY on 12/22/20. Let me start off by saying, I enjoyed coming here. I started attending classes at the beginning of 2020. I paid $199 a month for 8 classes and had to do this for 3 months. That was the promotion. Back on March 2nd 2020 I was charged $199, took 2 classes and then the studio shut down due to covid. When they 1st opened they were only running on 6 ppl per class and then started running at full 12 people classes late summer. They contacted me a few times via text when they 1st opened and I had advised them that I did not feel comfortable coming back anytime soon and that most likely I would return in 2021.  She had advised me of the $15 freeze charge that would occur and I advised them that even though that is their policy, it just wasn't right that they would be enforcing this during a global pandemic. I'm sorry, but I cannot put myself at risk just to come to a pilates class. I don't care how much you clean your studio or take precautions. Besides the fact that I own an essential business and have worked everyday during the pandemic, I also cannot put other people at risk. They put my account on hold for free for 2 months and then started charging me a $15 fee and then a $20 late fee each month since my card was replaced this summer and the charges were not going through. So when Ashely called me on 12/22 and I repeated myself to her, she told me I was going to be put in collections. This immediately frustrated me and I expressed my opinion to her but what really pissed me off is this little 17 year old HS teenager started to giggle!! Well I lost it! Absolutely disgusting!!! I called her out on it and told her that I would be contacting her boss to let them know what a disgusting employee they had on their hands.   At the end of the day they still owe me for 6 classes. In Response to David, I just want to say thank you for responding. The person who I spoke to was 100% from your studio and I have the call log to show the exact date and time I spoke to her along with the number she called me from. As for not knowing anyone by the name of "Ashely", I would not be surprised if she lied to me. I will definetly contact you to discuss this. read more

Do not book a free Intro class here unless you already have pilates socks or else you will need to purchase socks in-store for around $18-20. The free Intro class is very basic (introducing you to the machine) and I did not consider this a workout, I wish the website would explain this or else you should book a Level 1 course that might actually be worth the time and money spent on socks. read more

Excellent and clean studio. The thing that truly stands out here is the staff-- from the owner to the instructors: everyone greets you with the correct attitude and it is obvious that they are passionate about what they do. I tried my first class last week and can't stop signing up for more! I love Club Pilates Commack! The trainers are SO friendly and helpful - I am always smiling at my early morning classes! The workouts are tough but do-able and I've never felt so good after a workout. I've been only going for one week and I already feel much stronger than when I first started. I've been to Orange Theory, Spin, Yoga, all different types of classes - and Club Pilates is definitely my favorite work out class/type of exercise I've ever done! Club Pilates' advertisement stated " Anyone who takes a FREE Intro class from Nov 8-14 will receive a complimentary yummy fall coffee beverage." I was excited when I saw this promotion as I was interested in joining a new studio and thought that getting a free beverage with a trial class was a great incentive to try this one. Well, after the class was over, the prices of the studio were given and there was absolutely no mention of the free beverage. I waited a few days thinking maybe something would be emailed after but received nothing. I know besides myself, at least two others were disappointed in the false advertising used to get us through the door as well! This is not the kind of place I would like to make a monthly commitment to! Shame because the instructor and equipment were both fine. read more

I started Club Pilates Commack back in January. It took me a while to push myself to get to my first class. Now I am hooked, I have gone from going 2xs a week to unlimited classes and find myself there 5-6 times a week. I even changed my work schedule to ensure I can get to class. I highly recommend Club Pilates Commack. The instructors are all awesome, the studio is always clean, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. read more

Absolutely Love Club Pilates. I have joined many gyms over the years but could never get the workout that combines a full body workout and also tones, strengthens, tightens and stretches you all at one time. That is until I found Club Pilates-Commack. Now I can spin better, get through my day with no aches or pains, I have more energy and can see how my body is transforming. I can even walk or run more with no hip pain .Every instructor is amazing and the classes are so fun, they are done before you know it. read more
