The locker rooms are near the pool and there are some lockers outside of the locker room for access by a family/ if you wanted to share a locker with someone. The app is the easy one-stop-shop for most info (including weather delays/ impacts), although the web has some info and printed schedules are available. The facility is clean and, with COVID precautions, temps are taken at the door and masks are required except when strenuous workout is happening (overall folks working out are choosing not to wear a mask) and social distancing is mostly available. I've personally enjoyed the convenience of the location, that the price allows both me and my s/o to enjoy the gym, always having parking, and times of classes -- at this time some classes require you to sign-up ahead (which I like for accountability and scheduling). Their billing office refused to cancel my membership unless I paid $150, which is well over half the price of the 12 month contract. Absolutely ridiculous. You'd think you would make that pretty clear to avoid these situations, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I was ready to part ways on a good note until this, I will never support this business again and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family to do the same. **there is also zero social distancing in place and not a mask in sight aside from employees.

She had this automatically deducted from her (our) checking account. When she found that she was moving out of state they were VERY, VERY difficult to work with and while working on this they continued to pull money from the account. (Causing other checks to bounce) When I finally got ahold of someone (not voicemail) I was told that it was no problem and they could shut off the account...going forward. Their representative also implied that this could have been done earlier if we had only asked. (I have asked, my daughter has asked, my bank has asked, her boyfriend has asked.) I am not impressed with the "tactics" employed to stall the closing of the account!! If you choose to use their gym services be careful of their financial "arrangements"!! I just joined as part of my Active and Fit membership and the gym now called BFit by Bob's more…read morethan met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the gym was much larger than I expected. Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.
