I have Fibromyalgia, and decades of experience as an RN, and those left me with a great deal of pain, and injuries. Since I've been doing reformer Pilates, I can tell a tremendous difference in pain & inflammation reduction, improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. All of the instructors are incredible, and each brings their own unique style to the CP method of teaching. Every class is different and keeps the body guessing. Definitely listen to your body and the instructor, and don't forget to focus on mind-body connection, and slowing down the breath. I can do things most my age or older cannot do, and I will keep my body moving. Do Pilates, Do life!

THIS IS A SCAMMMMM When I signed up, I was given only a very vague verbal explanation of the membership terms and cancellation policy. I was never clearly shown the full contract before my card was charged, and I do not remember signing or being walked through any paperwork that explained the commitment they later claimed I agreed to. Shortly after joining, my dad passed away. During that difficult time, I called to cancel my membership. I explained my situation and was told my card would be removed from my account and that everything would be taken care of. Based on what I was told, I believed my membership had been canceled. Instead, they continued charging my card. They have now taken $219 from me. Because I believed my membership had already been canceled, I missed two months of payments, and now they are demanding another $70 just to freeze my account. When I questioned everything, they claimed I had signed an agreement. However, I was never clearly shown the terms or given a proper explanation of the cancellation policy before being charged. I tried to resolve this privately by phone, but they refused to work with me or offer a fair solution. In my opinion, this has been one of the most misleading experiences I've had with a business. Please don't rely only on verbal explanations. Read every document carefully before providing your payment information, and make sure you fully understand the membership and cancellation policies. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE DOCUMENTS TOO BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PRINTED OUT THERE ARE ON THE SCREEN INSTRUCTORS USE I am requesting that my membership be canceled, the $70 freeze fee be removed, and that the $219 taken from my account be refunded.

I was trying to find a place in the area that offered yoga and I happened to stumble across this place. I took my daughter in on Tuesday and today for the older kid's Zumba classes and she has enjoyed it so much! The instructor is high spirited and keeps her focused. They seem to be just starting out though so I feel like I need to spread the message because I want to see them succeed. I really think the place can be a huge asset to Enterprise but also I selfishly want them to do well so we can continue to go there. They offer pilates, yoga, self defense, zumba, kick boxing, and belly dancing. They also offer after-school Zumba classes for different groups of school age children and a tot yoga class on Tuesdays (during the day). The prices are really great if you get the punch card. My daughter and I could attend a class every week for what I used to spend on her attending one dance class a week at another Enterprise studio (which she didn't even enjoy - and which was a tense setting). My kid can't wait to go back. It's really helped her to blow off some energy after being stuck behind a desk all day and it keeps her out of the front of the tv. I plan on trying out some of the grown up classes next week.

A little coffee maker is available and a nice touch along with some drinks available for purchase for before or after a workout. Checkin on the iPad before you walk into the studio. Don't forget you have to wear grip socks for the workout! In the back is a bathroom and hooks with extra storage if you want to set your belongings down. The instructor cueing keeps your mind occupied the whole time and I love the challenging workouts! Don't forget to wipe off your equipment at the end of the workout. Seems like they have lots of fun workout events and celebrations throughout the year. I only wish I lived in town so I could get a membership and come all the time. I'd love to take advantage of the childcare available for purchase while you're working out!

When I moved back to Dothan, I was looking for a gym that had a reasonable price, classes, and…read morewithin a 20 minute drive. That is what I received at Living Well. First of all, I do not know if you will find a more reasonable price. It is $40 a month, $10 a week, or $5 a day. The first time I thought about trying Living Well, they gave me a free day to try it out. They do offer discounts to those who work or volunteer at the hospital. There is no mandatory contract to sign. But if you sign a 6 month contract, you save $10 a month. So the 6 month contract is $30 a month and comes out to be $180 for 6 months. The biggest need I was looking for in a gym was a class with a social aspect to it as well as receive instruction for my workout. There are classes throughout the day and a good variety. I love going to the High Intensity classes in the afternoon. Those classes are called Power Strength - a mix of lifting weights and cardio that focuses on specific muscle groups, Muscle Confusion - a random workout with variety, Ab Blaster - a circuit of Ab exercises, Power Pilates, and Zumba. There are other classes during the day that seem to focus on the elderly. My instructors like to have a some fun and are willing to show you the correct forms of exercise. If you do not want the class, there are plenty of weight and cardio machines in the gym. There is also 24 hour access, if you sign a contract or become a member. There are showers and lockers in the restrooms. Living Well is located beside the Southeast Alabama Medical Center, which is about 15 minutes away from my house. I am glad I chose Living Well Fitness to meet my fitness needs and look forward to my work-out every time I walk in.
