They let me try out one of the Isometric classes and a HIIT class; I did them back to back. I have taken Pilates prior but the heat takes it to a whole different level. The videos are easy to follow and the staff was so helpful in getting me set up. I really enjoy rowing and have taken classes previously but the the extra heat turned up this 15 minute class! The location is clean and you feel safe knowing that the door is coded so if you are in there late, no one can access the inside unless you are a member. Definitely worth the monthly cost! The office is in the back and thats where the cubbies and stuff are. The two yoga instructors I've had so far, Debbie and Susana, have been really great! I particularly like Susana because she makes sure to address any injuries or limitations you may have and makes sure you dont hurt yourself. I found both classes to be challenging, relaxing and a great work out since I was sore the following day. The classes tend to be small with only about 5-8 students in each so you get a great atmosphere. The studio itself is big with lots of room to spread out while still being able to see the instructor. It is also aesthetically nice. The provide lots of props for use and mats. I really like this studio so far and look forward to taking more classes. I bought the 6 classes for $45 package which is for new students. They also offer a work program where you can work and earn free classes, which I hope to take part in to save money. So happy I joined and found a great studio with awesome instructors!

The class was canceled although it was not communicated so everyone showed up. Only to realize the person quit weeks ago and the front desk was not even aware. Weird much!! The Ugly: Some of the equipment is rusting or out of service. People are paying a membership for good equipment! There is a lack of hand sanitizing stations (not to be mistaken for the equipment germicides). That's just gross. Air is circulating well upstairs where the elliptical machines are.
