I had wanted to schedule a massage too but was told the massages were booked but that they'd put me on a cancellation list (I was flexible on any time that day). While in the hot tub, I sat next to someone who said she called that morning on a whim to get a massage with her husband and they were both able to get spontaneously get in! I was a little bummed that I didn't get a call about the openings. And 2. The hot tub faces the parking lot on one end and the water system on the other end so I think it would be nice to have some landscaping bushes go all the way around the (small) outdoor perimeter so I'm not looking at cars or big green boxes during my relaxation time. But overall, a great day. I also wish they had some warm and cozy snacks as everything on the list was cold/pre-packaged granola bar-type things. But I would return anytime! Also, normally when I get HydraFacials at other spas the service includes at least a brief neck and or scalp massage which adds to the experience and relaxation which I never received considering it is a higher end spa service.
