After having some ho-hum nail experiences, we decided to try this place on a whim. We made our reservation over the phone for a Sunday morning and made our way over after breakfast. When we arrived, we were the only ones there with the two ladies doing our pedicures. The salon was brightly lit, had lots of colorful holiday decor, and they were playing jingle bells on like a synth recording. We took our spots and had an overall lovely pedicure experience. Both of us got color on our toes, and the application was clean and efficient with good detailing. Our pedicurists were friendly, warm and kept things organized the whole time. The price seemed average for pedis in the area, and we were pleased with the outcome. Downsides- parking is somewhat limited, but if you can get in early, you'll be fine. While we were there, they only played one single song on repeat, which is ok for a bit, but we were there an hour and a half which made it pretty tedious towards the end. Payment is requested to be made via venmo, otherwise they charge for using a card which I wasn't prepared for. Overall, a good experience, and to top it off, we were given Merry Christmas gifts when we left which was a nice touch even though this was our first time visiting them. Beautiful and well-organized spa. The salon looked clean, and the staff was friendly. Prices were good, and booking online was super easy. The only thing that I didn't like was that even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait like 10-15 minutes for someone to assist me. The vibe is rushed. The owner can be rude often calling to ask if I can change my appointment the day of. I used to go there but don't anymore. I have been shopping around for a nail salon that is clean, the staff courteous and a relaxing environment- Pure Bliss hit all the marks! Erica is the sweetest nail tech I've come across- it felt like we were friends by the end of my pedicure. I'd been to this location before when it was under different ownership and found it to chaotic with the tv on the whole time (reality shows I think) and the staff spoke quite loudly. I went in for a full set short almond nails and I'll attach the inspo when came out with golden egg like nails and thick and didn't listen when I said I wanted something completely different. I love this shop. The owner, Erica took care of me when I visited. She is smart, professional and efficient. My toes look outstanding. I only had a pedicure the day I went. She only takes appointments. If you walk in, she will schedule you if she has time but, prefers you make an appointment. The salon offers gel, dip, acrylic and all you need. She has massage chairs for persons receiving pedicures. The location is perfect. There is a small Bakery next door. But, there should always be parking available. I love visiting women owned businesses. And Erica is a really talented nail pro and good person. I had fun chatting away with her. I hate giving nagetive reviews, but... I use reviews myself so... I had an appointment at Pure Bliss, so it is not a "we fit you in" situation. It was on Friday afternoon, after a long week, I was looking forward to some pampering... The pedicure was ok. My toes were winter toes, so... I can see that she didn't have that much to work with. 10$ for a callus treatment (which I didn't really need, but my heels were dry, so I went for it) did not leave my heels as soft as I would have hoped so I can't imagine what it would have done for real calluses. The manicure was done Standing beside my chair during the pedi... very awkward position as the chairs are close together. I could not relax as I had to kind of twist to make my hands available. I have never had a manicure done standing up on the fly like this. Very strange (and unprofessional in my opinion). One lady "cleaned up" my cuticles while talking loudly to her coworkers. Then another lady put on the color (she literally looked like she had never done it before, she was incredibly slow, and I could have done better which is saying a LOT. I pay for a reason). I asked for the same color as my toes, she came up with a bright pink (apparently due to the difference between gel (toes) and regular). Ok. The lady doing my toes applied a different color on top of the shoddy applied bright pink. It was still a bit too bright for my taste, but I was already done with the mani drama. The photos show my manicure. My nails are short as they are regrowth after greatly damaged nails grew out. This is regular polish (I'm taking a break between dip nails)... All in all that costed me 85$ for a gel pedi, regular mani and 10$ "callous treatement". I will not go again. The place looks clean, the lady doing my toes seemed to be the only one in there with any clues as to what she is doing. Upsale game is strong in there. It is just not a place I would recommend to friends. Sorry. Giving two stars because the pedicure was ok. read more

Tan, Anne, and Erica are kind and amazingly talented. I use gel dipping powder for my manicure. Tan spends the time it takes to bevel the edges and ensure it looks just like natural nails. The first time I went mani-pedi and a was job I was very happy. When I came back for another manicure, I had two coats of clear polish. After a few days most of the polish started to peel off. They re-did it and then a few days after that the polish started to come off again. I noticed that the manicurists just sped through putting on the polish.
