I found this place in an eyebrow emergency, needing my eyebrows done before date night and just not having it in me to do them myself. The location was super easy to find, in the ross/raleys shopping center mall with plentiful, free parking. I did not make a reservation and just walked in. When I arrived, I was the only customer, and the lady behind the desk pointed me to a seat. This was my first threading experience, so I had no idea what to expect. I thought perhaps I would be shown some eyebrow shapes, but no, she just wordlessly got to work. The result was super-fast, and somewhat accurate, with the majority of what I needed done, completed. I did have to go back in and do a little myself once I got home, but this did the lion's share of the work. Fast, inexpensive, and no wait/no reservations? I'm sold. Will definitely be back.

I came to EZ Eyebrow because I wanted to get my eyebrows shaped and to make them more symmetrical. At the end of threading, the lady asked me to take a look in the mirror and asked if I liked it. At first glance, I didn't even see what was wrong with them, so I told her that everything was fine. I didn't realize the situation of my brows until I got in my car and took a better look in the mirror close up.They are completely uneven, and that was the only thing I had asked for. My husband also didn't see anything weird with my eyebrows until he actually stared at my face for a few seconds. Then he told me that it didn't look good. The top of my left brow was brought down too much, right before the crease. The tail of my right brow wasn't even touched. The middle part didn't get touched at all either and the beginnings are not even close to being symmetrical. She did an ok job underneath the brows tho. The lady is nice and does her job quickly. You can tell that she has been doing it for years. This place is also super cheap. After my experience at EZ Eyebrow, I was not fully satisfied with my brows, but it's not the end of the world.

I have been going here for years and Karan knows my eyebrows very well and knows exactly what I look good in. She maintains my look. She is the one who suggested growing in more brow so she could shape them correctly and make me look good! They had been too thin. I always buy the discount card. The lady who did my threading was very nice and did a good job quickly and painless. But she didn't shape it and just did a small clean which is odd as every place I have gone to tries to create some shape as opposed to just cleaning. I get threading on hair on my chin. Service is quick, affordable and is well done most of the time. occasionally it's not quite as thorough as I'd like, but it's difficult to get all the short fine chin hair. I'm definitely a repeat customer. read more

I don't recommend this place. The woman that works here is rude and inattentive what you're asking. I asked her to clean up my eyebrows and ended up spending 2 minutes on them And didn't pull out a lot of the hair, and then went back and she ended up making one brow thinner than the other which is not what I had asked. She didn't even apologize or say anything. Horrible customer service courtesy. read more

So I just got my eyebrows done here and the first thing i said was DO NOT make the middle of my brows wider than it already is! And it's the first thing she does!!! Avoid this place if you don't want uneven brows like mine how she took out more hair from my left eyebrow than the right and she did it way too fast don't think she even payed attention to what she was doing!!! Poor job so upset!!! And it took me a month to grow out the hair please suggest me a good threading place read more

Kiran is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door and gives you all of her attention! I have been coming to her for almost a year now, and there's nobody else that I trust with my eyebrows. And to all students, coming here is a great deal! There's an Indian lady who does my eyebrows perfectly, and though their prices used to be great, because of Covid, they've gotten a bit more expensive--$14 plus tip. Highly recommended! Free parking everywhere and though it's a a bit off a trek for me, it's worth the price of beauty! read more

I love this place! My whole family comes here! They're cheap, quick and easy. You're in and out within 10 minutes. I love the way they do my eyebrows, I only ask to get a clean up. They also do student discounts, so make sure you bring your card with you. I always go to the owner to get my eyebrows done and she is super quick and very gentle to the touch! She makes my eyebrows beautiful! I would completely recommend this place to anyone. read more

Heck. Yes. I was in town to take care of some family things and saw an ad for this place at the Park & Ride lot nearby. So I hopped back in my car, drove over as fast (and as safely) as I could and happily took the first seat of the day. I didn't get her name but that lady is my hero. She didn't mess around with any of my wayward hairs or go slow. She got right down to business and threaded my face like an expert gardener tackling weeds. She was done in a third of time that it usually takes the other person I reluctantly see and with equal to better results. I left feeling and looking like a brand new woman. I don't really pay much attention to my skin and Corri answered any questions I had and educated me on simple things I can do every day that can make positive differences for my skin. She didn't pressure me to buying products or comparing my skin and needs to other clients which I've heard from other estheticians. She put warm moisturizing gloves on me for my entire session which felt really nice. The amount of pressure she applied was great; hard enough to work the muscles and specific problem spots but gentle enough to not cause a lot of irritation. I've had other facials before where I didn't feel they spent enough time working my skin and would just tell me to book another facial. She also doesn't mind if you don't want to talk I just wanted to relax. I'll return for other services and spend more time checking out the cute salon!

She wasn't particularly warm at first, but she was friendly enough given that she didn't know me at all. The salon itself was clean (a huge plus in my book!) and looked and felt new. My service (removing old gel polish, plus the remnants of two glued-on protective nail extensions) was done by Amy, who did a fantastic job. She took her time to carefully remove the glued-on product without damaging my real nails, and then completed a new gel manicure on my now pretty, freshly trimmed natural nails. I had requested a clear- coat gel polish, but she suggested one with a light pink tint, and it was perfect! I expect my natural nails will grow out to their former length (1/4" beyond my fingertips) within the next two to three weeks, and I'll definitely be calling Jennifer to book another appointment with Amy! As I paid and left, Jennifer thanked me for coming in and made sure to stock me up with coupons to keep for myself and/or share with family and friends. I thought was a nice touch and a smart way to promote the business without being too in-your-face. I'll be back!

I was greeted by a dog and friendly hello's by this family team. They play good music and the TV is on silent so you can enjoy watching while listening to the music. They simply ask you what color. I love that they let the clients relax and they don't talk over each other which Have found so annoying and all the other places. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes...perfect and 3 weeks later my nails are still in perfect shape. Totally worth the $35. I will never go back to any other salon in SONOMA COUNTY again!

I can't forget the day when i went to get my eyebrows done for the very first time. I was super scared because threading is a really new technique and i thought it would pain .But when i had my first ever experience of threading on EZ EYEBROW, i was really impressed because it didn't pain and doesn't cause any irritations because threading involve no chemicals. EZ Eyebrow in Rohnert Park. Kiran is the best eyebrow threader around, she does my face and other areas too. At other places I have had a reddened skin or painful areas, so I have to go to someone who can work with sensitive skin. Kiran is gentle and kind. She is quick and very good. I drive from Santa Rosa to see her since I have never found anyone as professional and pleasant. I have been going to her for years. Of the 3 places I've ever been to thread my brows, this is my favourite. I have sensitive skin and personally waxing is the worst thing in the world so threading is really the only way to go for me when I don't feel like tweezing. I try to recommend this place to co-workers whenever they compliment my brows or as how I do my brow makeup (which is a thing now?). Most people are surprised when I tell them it's all just threading. I feel like more people should give it a shot. read more

I have been coming here for over a year and I love it! I use to wax but I have sensitive skin and would break out a lot from waxing. Kiran is usually working and she is my favorite. Her technique is very gentle and fast. I never break out since the threading only pulls the hair not skin. Been here couple of times now. It's on my favorite list of places. The owner? Who waits on me when I come in is so polite and kind and more importantly she is really good at what she does. She is fast, it doesn't hurt and it takes less time than it would for me to find my tweezers. There's no reason to have a unibrow and way out of style. Give this place a try. read more
