I cannot say enough about this business. I have been to 1 million nail salons and always somehow fall short on the satisfaction level. The salon is conveniently located and it's absolutely beautiful inside they offer so many different services. The staff are very kind friendly personable. I see Amy. I've also seen Jennifer, both are phenomenal women and nail techs. They prefer appointments, but are always very welcome to walk-ins very accommodating. The nail said I get that you see in the picture are my natural nails with a hybrid gel. They are very strong they don't lift crack or break, you can actually go three weeks in between fills, and they don't have any harsh chemicals. I love them so much. The staff was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Every time I go to A Nails Day Spa is great. The workers are friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. My work days normally run long and Jennifer is always flexible with fitting me in. My appointments tend to be for the end of the day, around 5:30 pm, and I am never rushed. The staff take their time with their Hawaiian pedicure and manicure leaving me relaxed and my skin hydrated. I just moved into town and decided to try this nail salon for a pedicure. I was greeted nicely by Jennifer at the front--unfortunately, that's where the positive part of my visit ended. The woman who actually did my pedicure was incredibly rude and impatient. She seemed annoyed that I wasn't picking a color fast enough, even though there was no one waiting for the color book. If someone had been waiting, I would have completely understood, but that wasn't the case. To make matters worse, she became very rough during the pedicure and then started talking in her own language with another technician while looking in my direction. It felt unprofessional and made me even more uncomfortable. Pedicures aren't cheap anymore, so you'd expect good service--and this was far from it. I never write reviews, but I have never felt so uncomfortable, especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. I had planned to get a builder gel manicure as well, but after that experience I just wanted to get out. Sadly, this was my first visit to a salon since moving here and it left a terrible impression. I won't be returning and I definitely cannot recommend this place based on how poorly I was treated. read more

Maybe I came in on an off day because I see that everyone else rated their experience 5 stars. I had an appointment for a builder gel. They didn't have the color I initially chose, that's fine, completely understandable. I did ask if i was being charged a new set or a fill (i came in with builder gel already on and asked for a fill) she said i was being charged a new set even though they didn't completely take the previous set off. The entire process was a little confusing as that was my second time ever getting builder gel. The nails previously (done at Madera Nails) lasted me an entire month with no breaks or cracks. I am currently 1.5 weeks into this set and already have cracks. Moving on to the pedicure- their gel polish pedicure doesn't include the hot rocks like other places but it did mention that in their menu so that was okay but i constantly accidentally got stabbed with a tool they were using. The workers were really nice and the interior was pretty and everything is new. read more
