Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. I was told she forgot to write it in her book and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her it was my son's birthday, I told her the journey that it took to get us there, without any real attempt to accommodate us that day after we had already made the trip. There was no service recovery offered, which was especially disappointing given the inconvenience. Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most.
