I was in need of a full set for a large event. With less than a 24 hour notice I messaged Abby and she responded within 15 minutes. I asked if she had an opening for a new client for the next day. She gladly said yes and booked me a time. Right when I walked in she greeted me, asked if I would like something to drink or if I needed to use the restroom before we got started. At the start of the appointment she went in depth with what lashes I like, size, shape,etc. she asked for pictures of what I've had previously as well as showed me some of her work to confirm. She also talked about the curl of the lash and the type of lash that she's used. Once she started, she made sure I was comfortable and walked through every step that she was going to do. She took her time to make sure that every lash was in place and perfect. She worked on me for about an hour! Once she was done she asked if anything needed to be added or change. I said no because they were exactly what we discussed. she said if I wanted to change anything after I left to not hesitate to contact her as she would be more that happy to make it be everything I wanted. (I won't be asking to change anything because I am extremely happy). She walked through when to book a fill appointment verse when it is considered a full set. She said that if I didn't see an appointment available that I could always message her and ask what she has available because she is flexible and willing to help get you an appointment when you need it! Which was cool because I was in such a bind with my event and I needed something immediately. Her customer service and hospitality was thee best I've seen and received. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. And to make it better my lashes look and feel incredible. Light weight. Feathery. Exactly what I wanted. I was truly never into lash extensions myself and If you (reading this) and I are similar in that aspect I 1000% recommend you get lash lift. You will see a noticeable difference in the way your lashes curl (lasts about 1 - 1.5 month). It is so simple and subtle but SO CUTE! Thanks to Abby I get complements all the time and girl, when you do your makeup and apply a little mascara... its a wrap! I wish I could give her MORE than 5 stars. I've gotten my lashes done by Abby so many times I can't even keep count. Her work is phenomenal and with proper upkeep lasts me the whole month before I have to come back for a fill. She is so much more than just a lash artist though, she will sit there and do your lashes in complete silence the entire time if you'd like a silent appointment or she'll let you talk her ear off and give you the best damn advice she can if needed. without complaint.
