I did not have the typical upper respiratory symptoms that often occur but I did have extreme fatigue, brain fog, blurred vision, among other symptoms. Dr. Fischer took a very thorough history and ordered the appropriate tests. He worked with me to find the best place to go for the blood work since it was highly specific. Once the suspected toxicity and inflammation markers were confirmed, he started me on an initial treatment plan. This included weekly Ozone Therapy IV's with UV Light as well as a variety of supplements and a binder. With each follow up when I had certain issues, such as the binder giving me a headache or still experiencing a lot of cognitive symptoms, Dr Fischer was able to tweak things to where they really made a difference. He swapped out the binder for one I could tolerate and started me on a nasal spray and a new supplement that after a month made an incredible difference with my brain fog. The report showed I had pre diabetes, lupus and some other horrible disease. She said I needed her to interpret the findings. Then she gave me 20 vitamins to purchase and take every day! I'm still having sugar issues and my eyes going wonky. OH!!!! And she charged me for a telephone visit to go over these results. Another $300!!! I took the report to my GP. I was so freaked out!!! He did blood work and I was fine. No diabeties no lupus. No other diseases. Fast forward 6 months. And my sugar is still messed up. My eyes are still wonky. Sent her an email asking why my sugar is still messed up. She didn't respond. Sent another email. She responded with an appointment. Sent back that time didn't work. Never heard back. In my opinion and experience, if you have medical issues, this doctor is not for you. If you need help and communication with your doctor. This is not the one. I have never had a hormone doctor charge me for tests and then another charge to review them!!! $600 later and a whole lot of stress because of her blood tests, I still have a sugar issue and my eyes are still going wonky! Unfortunately, I never got past having my x-rays taken. As I explore different estimates for a procedure, I have been trying my best to obtain the photos and x-rays that they charged me $100 to take. Below, I have shared my exchanges with the office manager, Tamari, who insinuated that I had already received the x-rays while we were on a call solely focused on Dr. Paul O'Malley's diagnosis--which did not include my x-rays. I even requested them directly after our call, as they were still not sent to me, but my request was ignored. In multiple emails, Tamari claimed to have sent them--first by email, then via Dropbox--but I have received neither. It is not unreasonable to request access to your own health information, especially after paying for it and traveling a considerable distance for the appointment. I write this not out of malice but in the hope of bringing attention to office practices that may be harming both clients and the business itself. I have since submitted a HIPAA complaint to obtain my images, as I refuse to expose myself to unnecessary radiation by retaking x-rays at other offices when I have already undergone the extensive imaging required here. While this dentist possesses the right knowledge and expertise, a lack of oversight over office practices makes it a gamble on the level of attention and service one might receive.

I left the medical office with a bitter taste and without $ 8400, and the secretary Sarah allowed herself to run down the hall after me to touch me and insult me...terrible..and they told me to trust them, after I was mutilated by another dentist in Rocklin, Ca (Shane Douglas) and where I lost $36000. I would characterize this office as very greedy and very insensitive. Do not go there...do not trust this office. I was about to pass out from hunger and fatigue after 28 hours of sleepless nights in their office, and when I told Sarah while she was pressuring me to take out a $70,000 loan, that I wasn't feeling well...she said "since when???" in a very arrogant and mocking tone....wow...those in the medical field should have compassion for patients...and for 2 days it was thrown in my face that they care about me...so much that they care about me...that they let me leave without $8400.
