She possesses the absolute lightest touch, and after having Letybo (the new Korean alternative to Botox and other neurotoxins) administered, I had minimal bleeding and I barely felt anything. She's one of the few practitioners in LA who carry Letybo, which may be my new favorite NT since it feels so light, is faster-acting, and slightly more inexpensive (what's not to love!). This is the reason why I found and chose Jessica in the first place. Treatment-wise, I always have my masseter muscle treated, forehead, and a slight lip flip. I could immediately see results, which peaked in a week. She smoothed out my forehead without achieving that dreaded "Spock" effect - which is something that happened to me a handful of times when I attempted to save $ by finding an injector through Groupon. Lesson learned. Jessica is a wizard at the anatomy of the face, and she masterfully avoided the frozen Spock look, while also being able to give me smoother skin. I'm a sucker for old Hollywood/art deco architecture, so stepping into her gloriously appointed office located in the Hollywood Athletic Club was an absolute treat. The building was built in the 20s, and the views from her office are amazing. La Mi is sparkling clean and smelled so good from the candle that was burning. Parking was easy as well - there's an attached paid lot as well as street parking. She provides validation if parking in the lot. Her office hours are extremely flexible as well - I leave work on the later side, so I appreciated her being able to see me at 6:30pm (I feel like most esthetic offices would be closed by then). She also sees patients on the weekends, which is fantastic for busy working gals like me. Jessica herself was an absolute doll - she is professional, passionate about what she does, and most importantly knowledgeable with impressive credentials. I will be back the next time I need another dose of Letybo, as well as to try her other treatments. I was eyeing her Rejuran procedure, which is a new collagen-boosting treatment from Korea. Love how La Mi spa offers all these cutting edge Korean procedures that many practitioners stateside don't carry yet.

During my consultation, NP Lucero explicitly stated that she was prescribing me brand-name Ozempic. However, upon receiving the medication, I discovered that I was provided with a generic compound instead. This misrepresentation raised immediate concerns regarding transparency and informed consent. Furthermore, upon inspecting the medication, my primary physician advised me strictly against taking it due to severe packaging violations. Specifically, the medication arrived without a lot number printed on the packaging--a direct violation of federal and state pharmaceutical safety regulations and laws governing prescription labeling. In addition to receiving a generic compound instead of the promised brand-name Ozempic, the medication was provided pre-drawn in entirely unlabeled syringes. The packaging contained no lot number, expiration date, or any identifying information. Because the syringes and packaging lacked labeling or a traceable lot number, there was no way to verify the liquid inside, rendering the medication untraceable and unsafe to administer. Misrepresenting prescribed medications and distributing improperly labeled, untraceable pharmaceuticals poses a serious risk to patient safety. Due to these illegal dispensing practices and professional misconduct, I am submitting a formal complaint to the California Board of Registered Nursing for a full investigation into NP Lucero's practice.

Original one in Turkey, one Las Vegas and here in our own backyard DTLA. I originally came because of chronic back pains from moving staging furniture and a bothersome skin rash I've had for a long time. Sessions are only 50 minutes.
