There was no definitive scheduling, rather the first week or two of doing business I would receive…read morephone calls saying someone could be there in 20 minutes. I never knew when or how long workers would be at the house. Scheduling was a daily battle and I never knew who, what, or when would exactly be happening. Another daily issue was what exactly was to be done when the workers actually arrived at the house. There was constant miscommunication between what I was being told and what was being said to me when the workers arrived. I cannot count the number of phone calls that were made to straighten out these issues. This is not something that should have been a problem for me to deal with. The first project was the water remediation. However, significant debris was left behind and I was told it would be dealt with. This left-over debris remained in my basement for over a week and no one addressed this issue. Once again, I have to make more than one phone call to get this resolved. I was informed that mold had been found in the basement and it was significant enough that it was going to require additional work and mold remediation. As for that mold remediation estimate, the ball was once again dropped by the company. I made more than one phone call to inquire about this over more than a week long period. It took almost ten days to get the mold remediation estimate and I only received it because I was constantly calling and asking for this information. Once I received this estimate, I called the office and said that any and all scheduling had to be done on a more definitive basis with a time window being given on each day of service. The mold remediation began on Tuesday, June 11. No one seemed certain of what they were supposed to be accomplishing in full, so yet more phone calls were made to straighten that out. It seemed to be a constant stream of miscommunication from the office and the workers all around. In scheduling services, the office never reached out to me to do the scheduling, it was always the other way around. That responsibility rested on my shoulders. I made yet another call to the office to schedule services for the following week. While they were here, they were still using tools to remove additional dry wall and taking it outside. That was unacceptable as that work was to have been finished by then. They also told me they were there to power wash the floors, which again was not right. I was told by the office that half of the basement would be separated by plastic and the mold treatment would be done, then the stuff down there would be moved and the other half would be separated by plastic and the mold treatment would be done to the second half of the basement. These guys said they usually came in once all this was done, but only half was done at that point. They had a finish order they were told to have me sign that day and I said I wasn't signing anything. More phone calls were made to the office to straighten out yet more miscommunication. On Thursday, June 18 the same two workers came back to do the mold remediation on the other side of the basement. They tore out more drywall on that day as well. They also told me that they had touched up and gone over several spots that had been missed on the first half of the basement. I was in shock as I expected better service than this. I was presented with the finish order to sign and I respectfully declined. I called the office again and left a message stating that I did not sign the document and why. I was not confident that all work had been completed. I have never had to deal with such inefficiency. I showed good faith by putting half down on the cost of the services and hoped to get the service I was promised.

They removed tough, old stains that had been in our carpet for years, stains that multiple other companies couldn't get out. They literally saved our accent chair from being tossed to the curb, and somehow managed to bring our six upholstered dining chairs back to life, each one had 20+ stains thanks to years of kids' craft projects. I didn't think it was possible, but they made them look amazing! We can't recommend Moose and Ta enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! As business owners ourselves, we'd hire them in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work guys and Happy Holidays!

Secondly, they booked us an appointment for the next day, 9-12, then called at 8am on the day,(after we moved everything, vacuumed, etc.), & asked if they could come the next day same time. No reason given or apology. They finally showed up a little before 12pm; let me say the boys were very pleasant....They didn't move things like we were told, they were loaded up/gone in 20 minutes for 3 rooms/stairs, the carpet was soaking wet & they didn't even clean the whole width of the stairs. Even though the boys were friendly & pleasant, I would NOT recommend this branch. (Canal Winchester, Ohio). Unprofessional & rushed.
