She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

Throughout the office visit, they are thoughtful and keep me informed of everything they are doing during the visit (e.g. steps in The Perfect Peel, areas where filler will be used, warning when I am about to be zapped by the laser, etc.) and are constantly checking on me to ensure that I am as comfortable as possible. After years of tanning beds, no facial sunscreen, harsh skincare, and only having Botox done quarterly instead of treating the entire surface with skincare and maintenance services, I have had a lot to catch up on over the last six months, but I can say that I am on a simple day and nighttime skincare routine and that, plus a BBL treatment, two chemical peels, and some hydrafacial action has DRASTICALLY improved my skin texture, pore size, hyperpigmentation, elasticity, hormonal and fungal cystic acne eruptions, etc. etc. etc. My results are always WAY BETTER THAN MY EXPECTATIONS! ALSO, the ladies at PrimeMD are ALWAYS working! Rather than selling services via social media, these platforms are used for educational purposes and responding to patients and potential patients that may have questions outside of regular business hours. I had been dealing with this rash on my chest for MONTHS and had been on topical and oral antibiotics, had had multiple blood panels done, and was even taking a large dose of allergy meds twice a day for WEEKS. Angie looked at my chest and recommended that I use a couple of drugstore products that help with fungal folliculitis and within DAYS, the rash was resolved!
