One of the Manifolds was leaking a day later so I called right away (as they said they would fix problems within the first 1000 miles) they said they would fix but would only cover half (fine print added but not discussed when purchasing). I said fine not too expensive, I got the truck back only to find out that in replacing the right side they had damaged the LEFT SIde and to fix that they would also only cover half........ After that I discovered more engine trouble with the truck.... leaking oil. They wouldn't do anything about it. Yesterday the truck DIED while I was driving home. I was forced to call a tow truck as the vehicle wouldn't move. I am very not happy with my experience with Urban's. Friends also purchased vehicles from them and had nothing but trouble or recall lists on newer vehicles they sell. I STILL OWE money on something that doesn't run and they won't do anything about it....

V&H will gladly sell you a lemon!…read more This dealership will be receiving a MV2338 DMV formal complaint after I traded in my truck for a Jeep that has been sitting in a Jeep dealership for over 2 weeks with an oil leak, suspension leak, heated seats that don't work, headlights that intermittently shut off and god knows what else I haven't found yet. When anything else breaks on this vehicle I will be contacting mopar, this dealer, and whomever else I have to.. After two weeks another dealer told me it would be $588 to fix the headlight issue and V&H did offer to pay for the headlight issue... but I had to spend two hours on the phone and only after the warranty said it wasn't covered... (after being sold that the warranty would cover it) Ive spent hours and now 5 trips to a different dealership close to my house to resolve this. (My current Jeep looks like a ram because I still don't have the car I bought ). I picked it up two weeks later and guess what? Still a problem with the lights. 15 days in a minivan and ram, 5 trips to the dealership and... lemon. This dealership will sell you a problem and will screw you over. They do. Not. Care. Drive to Point or anywhere else to buy a car from a dealership who understands ethics and have mechanics who actually inspect vehicles prior to selling them. This all started back in September of 2021. My car overheated as I was pulling into work, so I took…read moreit to the closest mechanic, Gray's Service, to avoid causing further damage. They quoted me around $1,200 to replace the water pump, and I agreed. While the work was being done, they called and said that since the timing chain was already off, they recommended replacing it as well--for an additional $1,200. I did not have that kind of money. I was upset and called my dad, who went to the shop himself and told them to put the timing chain back as it was. When the job was finished, I was told my bill was $2,000, which was not what I had been quoted. I had to walk back to work to get the Post-it note where I had written down the original quote. After that, they honored the $1,200 price. Fast forward to December 2025, and my car began losing coolant rapidly. I took it to my regular mechanic, who confirmed that the issue was again the water pump. He suggested I call Gray's Service to see if the repair was under warranty. When I called, I was told they would need to inspect it, and if it was the water pump, it would be covered under warranty. I specifically asked when the water pump had been installed, and I was told September 2021. I was scheduled to bring the car in the next day. They confirmed it was the water pump--but then told me it was not covered under warranty because it had been four years. On top of that, they strongly pushed replacing the timing chain and quoted me $4,700 total. This directly contradicted what I had been told on the phone the day before. I declined the work. My mechanic quoted me $3,000 and advised me not to deal with Gray's Service again. I went in one last time hoping they would do the right thing based on what I had been told--but the outcome was exactly what I expected. My advice: go anywhere else. This is a horrible way to run a business. I gave them a first chance, I gave them a second chance, and I would never give them a third. Extremely disappointed.
