Pure Dry Carpet Care, Sharpsburg, GA is a life saver, I spilt a glass of red wine on my sister-in-laws one year old sofa last Saturday evening. Needless to say we were both panicked! Being new to the area I called another company I'd used where I relocated from, but they didn't service the area where the sofa was. However this business owner referred me to Todd, the owner of Pure Dry. I called Todd immediately, he said I could drop the two stained cushions over to his shop that afternoon, which was exactly what I wanted to do. I didn't want to wait and schedule an in-home appointment because I felt the stains needed to be addressed asap. I arrived that afternoon, we discussed his process, he felt confident he could get the stains out based of the fabric used, which was labeled on a cushion. He said come back in two days, he wanted to do the work, let the fabric dry completely to make sure the stains were totally gone before I returned. Upon returning, both cushions were completely clean, no red stains were on either cushions!! Who would have thought red wine on a coral colored fabric, with white thread detail would have come out so beautifully, but it did, and I couldn't have been happier, not to mention my sister-in-law!! I'm totally confident in recommending Todd, and his associate Louis, and the Pure Dry Capet Care process to anyone needing this type of service. My family and I are selling a home we lived in for 18 years. The carpets were "off white-gray". Needless to say, they had wear stains. The owner and another employee came byy. They worked serious time ( like 5 hours ) working on 4 bedrooms, a hall, and staircase. When they finished the carpet looked new. They were so kind and good at their work!! I was convinced we were stuck with the awful dog smell the previous owner had left in our carpets. I honestly thought the only way to get rid of the stench was to rip everything out! SafeDry came in and did their thing with the pet package and sure enough, the dirty dog smell is GONE! It took about 24 hours for the smell to dissipate, but now we are odor free! I still get a little whif here and there but I almost think it's in my head. These two young guys came in, very professionally. Arrived early - not too early - just early enough to be on time. They were respectful and polite. They were thorough about the process prior to starting. They said it would take approximately 1.5 hour, and wouldn't ya know...they were done even faster than that! They were kind, hardworking young gentlemen! They did a fantastic job! I knew it would cost an upward of $250-350, and I felt like SafeDry was fairly priced - and the service was AWESOME! Great service! Todd and Danielle, the owners, came to my home instead of sending a tech. They cleaned a sectional sofa and 8 area rugs (took to the shop and brought back the next week) and did a superb job. They were very consciencious about preventing damage to our home i.e. corner guards so hoses don't mark paint, booties to prevent tracking in dirt, etc. The sofa and the rugs look new!
