Two guys came out 2 days in a row and had the same problem with the machine. A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I was told they couldn't discount anything and that I was satisfied when they left... I wasn't about to explain to a carpet person that after the carpet dried I saw spots again. They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

He was incredibly kind and professional, explaining their whole process and reminding me that I would pay only when finished and completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very quickly and the carpets look beautiful and dried very quickly. A week later they came to do my air ducts in a three story older home. No miss, or fuss. Great professional. The equipment was clean and they were very careful of my hardwood floors and painted ducts. At the end they showed me before and after pictures, recommended a couple of vents be replaced and other hints to help keep things clean. The tech was very nice and professional. A follow-up call was placed to ensure I was happy and later a thank you card. So nice to deal with people and not "bots". To top it off this bid was just under half that submitted by Academy Air and there was no upselling. Highly recommend.

We had to send a few extra pictures for the claim ( probably should have been done by the technician ). Two days later we are informed that our claim was denied since the dishwasher stopped working a year ago -- totally false. Even when talking to representative at SHW and explaining "Why" would I wait a year when my dishwasher wasn't working -- they kept stating "the technician stated that the dishwasher stopped working a year ago". I can't imagine how something like this could be confused by technician and putting myself out of any warranty work being covered. Just terrible experience and I would be hesitant to use this company for services.

My couch is not very soiled and from the get go he quoted me $150 plus $10 per cushion. Never even mentioned the $109 price. This was when they arrived for the job after I had waited the window from 10 am to 1 and it was 12:45pm. In my opinion someone should go over some general pricing when they call to confirm the appointment. They did not do the cleaning of my couch as I felt taken advantage of. Let me be clear the technician was very nice and understanding and apologetic. I then called and spoke to a manager which was when it got worse. The manager from the beginning of the conversation was argumentative and justifying the wording and pricing every which way he could. I told him i was mad that I waited the 10-1 window only to not actually get the couch cleaned because it was going to be an extra $70 over what I had thought. I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and his response was "go ahead and leave a bad review I'll write right back to it". At this point he was yelling at me and I proceeded in a raised voice to point out that his customer service was not good. At this point he started justifying his reactions. I hung up as clearly I was not going to get anywhere with him. Never did he apologize or try to make anything right about the situation. Don't use them. It clearly is not what it seems on their website and gosh I would hate to have to deal with them if they happen to ruin any of the items they clean. Spire stopped by to check on a possible gas leak and discovered our water heater wasn't venting…read morecombustion gases properly into the flue pipe shared with our HVAC. We called Hoffman Bro's first because they deal with both, and they charged us ~$300 to tell us the same thing as Spire and suggest we call a chimney sweep to check the flue pipe for blockages. We couldn't find a chimney sweep that either could be booked within the month to inspect and give us an estimate, and if they could be booked in that time frame they didn't understand the problem we described and wanted us to fork over hundreds to inspect and sweep our flue. Luckily, an acquantance gave us Crestside Ballwin's number. The receptionist called Dave over to learn about the problem and within a minute he figured that the roofers we had over a few weeks ago probably botched the install of the new flue pipe cap. They had a tech come over two hours after I called and sure enough that was the problem. Anyhow, these guys were solid for us, I'm super thankful we found them.

I contacted the owner and was told she thought she informed us. We definitely would have questioned that procedure. Well, we recently had Peters service the unit. The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. Also, we had to replace several of the registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee. We also had to touch up the ceiling where black marks were made by the serviceman. Peters referred this company plus they had good reviews. So much for that. Per Peter's technician's request I did let them know not to refer Ductz any longer. Hopefully they listenened. Plus, it was expensive(over $900). All that and we haven't noticed any significant change in air quality. Very disappointed.
