Two days later we are informed that our claim was denied since the dishwasher stopped working a year ago -- totally false. Even when talking to representative at SHW and explaining "Why" would I wait a year when my dishwasher wasn't working -- they kept stating "the technician stated that the dishwasher stopped working a year ago". I can't imagine how something like this could be confused by technician and putting myself out of any warranty work being covered. Just terrible experience and I would be hesitant to use this company for services.

(This was after I was given a quote through fb messenger. So he had never seen our house to give an accurate estimate anyway.) After seeing ProSteam's great ratings on Angie's List for air duct cleaning, I called and was greeted warmly from the receptionist. She was helpful in providing a reasonable time for someone to come out to quote. We were getting our 2 HVAC units completely replaced so we wanted the air vents and ducts to be as clean as can be for the new systems. I received a call when they were 10-20 minutes out and they came out right on time. Two gentlemen (can't remember their names) were very friendly in providing us the free quote. After a thorough walk through, they worked up the pricing and we decided then and there to have them give us a call to schedule the service. This was on a Friday and sure enough on Monday, I received a prompt call to schedule the service to be done. They were able to get me in right before we were getting the A/C replaced so it was a clean as possible for the new units. Our appt. was set for between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Again the service tech called when he was on his way out. He arrived promptly at 4pm. Antoine was very friendly and also wearing a mask for those worried about how they handle Covid. He also wore little booties over his shoes to stay clean throughout the house. For being by himself, he knocked out the job in 2 hours. My husband and I were impressed! We called Hoffman Bro's first because they deal with both, and they charged us ~$300 to tell us the same thing as Spire and suggest we call a chimney sweep to check the flue pipe for blockages. We couldn't find a chimney sweep that either could be booked within the month to inspect and give us an estimate, and if they could be booked in that time frame they didn't understand the problem we described and wanted us to fork over hundreds to inspect and sweep our flue. Luckily, an acquantance gave us Crestside Ballwin's number. The receptionist called Dave over to learn about the problem and within a minute he figured that the roofers we had over a few weeks ago probably botched the install of the new flue pipe cap. They had a tech come over two hours after I called and sure enough that was the problem. Anyhow, these guys were solid for us, I'm super thankful we found them.

They recommended Ductz, and it was the best experience. Their salesman who came out was professional and spoke in terms I could understand. Their team the day of the cleaning was careful, on time, and so polite! Then my office needed their duct work cleaned. It is a semi-industrial office, and had never had the duct work cleaned in 50 years of having the building built! My one and only call was to Ductz! Patty came out to the office, and explained the entire process through all 4 of our units. The team was in our office for 2 evenings, while the office was closed. They were AMAZING! Came back in both mornings and had no idea anyone was even here. They were so clean with everything, and nothing was out of place in the offices. Great job!!!

I contacted the owner and was told she thought she informed us. We definitely would have questioned that procedure. Well, we recently had Peters service the unit. The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. Also, we had to replace several of the registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee. We also had to touch up the ceiling where black marks were made by the serviceman. Peters referred this company plus they had good reviews. So much for that. Per Peter's technician's request I did let them know not to refer Ductz any longer. Hopefully they listenened. Plus, it was expensive(over $900). All that and we haven't noticed any significant change in air quality. Very disappointed.
