Apprehensive to get a spray tan on one of the biggest days of my life, I did a trial a month before. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was shocked that it was spray. So I pulled the trigger and got a second spray 2 days before my wedding. Hot. Mama. Aside from looking good, the service itself was so professional. The owner is kind, intelligent, and LOVES what she does. I was honest with her about one thing I wanted to be a tad different and she took that suggestion like a champ. Her feelings weren't hurt. I…read moreused to tan in tanning beds all the time....alas, the beginnings of crow's feet caused me to stop that a loooong time ago. Plus leathery skin and melanoma is not a good look. However, spray tans are something that I was very curious about so I went in to try it out. I first spoke with a guy that works there and he told me all about the spray tans. They aren't orange anymore (no carrot extracts, now other things that are more brown in color), what packages are available, how to use color maximizer, if you should use the hydration spray down and all that. So I decided to try a session to see if I would be interested in getting a package deal later. So I got the medium clear with hydration. The guy showed me how to use the bed and the cream that blocks the areas you don't want tan, etc. The machines are way better than the first versions were....just be sure to hold your breath when it starts spraying! Afterwards I went home and waited. By the time I went to bed I was looking pretty brown....it was a good color and I managed to avoid tanning my palms and fingernails so I was pleased. The next day at work everyone was all WOW you look DARK (I mean, when you go from translucent to medium brown people are gonna notice) and everyone thought it looked good. Sweet. So I signed up for an unlimited package and have committed to myself to go once a week. You can pause it at any time or cancel it as well. The check in process is easy and they use fingerprint scanners to ensure it is you. And no appointments, you just drop in. I haven't had to wait yet but I figure I may have to if I go on Thursdays since everyone wants to get their tan before the weekend. If you don't want premature wrinkles, skin cancer, and skin that looks like a saddle, give this place a try for the sunless tanning beds! If you want that other stuff....well....don't say I didn't warn ya!

Expectations for any tanning salon is that it's clean, has product, and the wait is not extraordinary long. This tanning salon far surpasses any expectation of a salon. Not only are there ample amounts of beds, bulbs are always bright/maintained, always full of product, and the wait times are minimal or non-existence, but what sets it a part is the customer service. Ryan is an absolutely wonderful human! Recently taking over the operation fall of 2021, Ryan connects with customers and has excellent recommendation on products and which beds to use when! Also, Wendy is such a gem - she is so bubbly and friendly - it feels like 15 minutes spent relaxed and being greeted by your friends! There is no monthly contract you must sign. There are plenty of options with payment (monthly), or by the bed/single use. There's super great lotion options from super affordable to higher end. I drive from NW West Nashville over to Goodlettsville (25 min. journey), even though there are a ton of tanning salons closer in proximity due to the wonderful service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I was also told day of that there's a fee for travel outside of the city (I live ten minutes from the main part of the city) although they advertise that they're a mobile tanning all over and they don't mention a fee on their website/sm. I didn't complain and just wanted a tan. The young lady came to my home, she was super friendly, efficient and made me feel very comfortable. She didn't make me feel rushed as she took her time to make sure I was completely and perfectly tanned. I didn't shower until the next morning and I had a beautiful, beautiful bronze glow. We headed to the lake and less than 48 hours after my spray tan, in the water for less than 15 mins my feet were completely white. The tan had come off all on my feet and started to fade all over my body in other places. I was afraid to get in the water after that point. As with every airbrush tan, it gets splotchy as it starts to come off, but I feel like this is the worst splotchiness I've ever had. I looked like I had a disease. Wish my experience was better because the tan really was beautiful for less than two days and the young lady was really sweet.
