I've been to anastacia aesthetics three times. The first time I went in May 2021, I had the best dermaplane treatment I've ever had. I went back again in summer 2022 to a different esthetician (the first was no longer available) for a dermaplane and had good-not-great results. Last week, I went here for my first ever brow lamination and am unfortunately disappointed with the results. I paid for the brow + shaping and asked for my eyebrows to be trimmed to a natural shape. She said that I didn't need a wax, just tweezing, and I reiterated that I wanted my brows to be trimmed as well. To be fair, she did give them a slight trim (maybe only on one side?), but did not give me what I wanted. No matter how you look at it, next to nothing was done to shape my brow. After the brow lamination chemicals have done their work, my once thick, healthy eye brow hair is now ~ crispy ~. Maybe that's just the result of brow lamination, but I can't say I'm happy with the results. All things considered, this is a nice medspa, and I do think with the right that esthetician you can have a good experience here ... but you may want to know exactly what you want and ensure that your esthetician can deliver before you book. read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed here and I've never gotten so many compliments on them! I woke up hungover from a bachelorette party and the bride to be stopped everyone in the middle of brunch to ask if I was wearing makeup on my eyebrows and I was like "Nope! I got them microbladed." Everyone was in shock because they look so perfect. I booked with Anastacia. She walked me through the whole process because it can be a little nervous getting it done. I told her I wanted a natural look which she obviously said everyone wants so not to worry. We picked out a color and she started. I honestly didn't find the process painful at all! It's been about 10 months since I've had it done, they still look amazing, and I plan to get a touch up some time in the next few months. I've also come here before for a spray tan. For every wedding, CMA award show, and formal event I book an appointment with Courtney. She's chill, she's friendly, and she gives a damn. Whether you're her first client of the day or the last client of the day, she'll treat your skin with care and graciously guide you through the process. She will also give you great recommendations - do not hesitate to ask her questions or recommendations of what she thinks will look good on you. She's the expert and it shows. Getting naked in front of a stranger will always have an element of weirdness, but it nearly goes away when you're with Courtney. She makes you feel like you're just changing clothes with your friends in the gym locker room. It's no big deal. I've done the classic organic formula and I've done the olive toned. Both are amazing and well worth it. As long as you follow their instructions (exfoliate before, being a hair tie to pull your hair back under the provided shower cap, put the provided cream in the room on your fingernails and palms, wear no bra and loose fitting clothing, flip flops, etc), you'll be golden. Literally and figuratively golden. If you want to be more golden, plan your spray tans in advance. Be sure to plan and book a few days in advance of your event or big weekend away. If I've got a series of events, holiday parties, wedding stuff, presentations, etc., I buy the 3 pack because it's the most bang for your buck. The tans typically last me around 5 days. It's a Monday when I wrote this review and I got sprayed Thursday evening after work. I still have a good olive tan (I went with the stellar formula I believe - looks good with brunettes who have green eyes). I fully expect to maintain color until Wednesday/Thursday before it noticeably fades - I shower at least once a day if not twice, which will contribute to the duration of how long it lasts. read more

My service provider really took the time to explain a lot regarding facial care, including cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, etc. and how to maintain healthy skin.They also make a few of the products that they use on you and she explained what each does and why it's important. Since this happened they have BLOCKED my phone number, won't return my calls and keep telling me the owner is "out of town". My name is Kelsi and I had an appointment with Felicity on October 31st of this year for a consultation and tattoo afterwards. I am very unhappy with the results, as well as the many interactions I have had with "managers" at your Tennessee office. Not to mention, being told up front, the cost would be 250.00 and being charged 300.00. I had been calling and texting the office, leaving messages for weeks with no response, but to say I had to make another appointment to talk to someone. I came in The week after thanksgiving and Felicity almost immediately offered me a refund saying that she could NOT fix what she had done and apparently didn't do that service in the first place? And there is a lot of really, really unfortunate work out there. When I found Anastacia on Instagram I was blown away. Her work is BEAUTIFUL. And really tailored to each individual client. Not at all the one size fits all model seen so often. She does fine, delicate brows, fluffy Brooke Shields brows and everything in between. For myself, I wanted closer to the Fluff mama end of the spectrum that I was born with, but nearsightedly plucked into oblivion in the 90s. My first session was in March of this year. Anastacia took her time looking at how I did my brows daily with makeup. Then sketched an outline on my face of what she thought I was looking for...then even allowed me to take the pencil and fine tune it. This really helped set me at ease. The process is relatively painless with the numbing cream. Just some strange eye watering and nose twitching. Lol I absolutely loved the initial results. When I came back in April for my touch up, we went a little fuller, a little bolder. The pics I've attached are all in different light, at different stages of the healing process, several months apart. My natural brows are ridiculously thin and sparse. There are others there as well that my girlfriend said good things about but I will stick with Talia. I can't speak on the custom spray tans as I would never spend that much on a tan that will go away in less than a week, except for a wedding or special event but the waxing is extremely affordable. I have never had to write a review before but I am extremely disappointed with the amount I had to pay for it to look very bad. I booked my brow henna with Kimberly and I was very excited because I had seen pictures on their Instagram and all the reviews were great. I had called previously to ask questions about the brow henna and the woman on the phone was very friendly so I was really hopeful. When I got there I had to wait about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment started. I explicitly showed her a picture of how I do my eyebrows and what I wanted and was expecting them to look like. Once I was done I payed and went to my car where I was absolutely embarrassed of what my eyebrows looked like... I would really like to leave a good review but I had errands to run after and I couldn't do that because they looked so bad. I immediately had to find a place that could take the dye off and within 30 minutes of leaving I had it removed. I'll start by saying I am not a fan of spray tans. I have had several at several different places and I have never liked the results. That being said, both times I've been here, I have been extremely happy with the results. You are in and out in 10 minutes. There isn't any hand holding nor is it a spa like experience but do you really need that? It's a f-ing spray tan, not a massage. I've also had a wax here as well as a facial and was very happy with both those services. read more

10/10 on the vibe of this place and the service. Anastacia is a babe and so kind and easygoing, as are all of the girls working here. I came to have microblading done and was somewhat nervous. The girls at the front desk told me what to expect and tried to ease my mind. They said the pain wouldn't be bad, but pain is subjective and it was rather painful for me, at least on some areas of the brow bone. However it was totally worth the cost, the pain and the time. The process is that you sign release forms (optional picture release forms) and are taken to have before pictures taken, then your makeup is removed from your brows if you're wearing any and another picture is taken without makeup. Numbing cream is applied to the brow area and plastic wrap placed over top. 30 mins later your brow artist comes back and begins drawing the guides for your brows, discussing your ideal shape and color with you, and mixing up colors for examples to pick from. This is done as swiftly as possible so that the numbing cream isn't given a chance to wear off, however I did not feel rushed. The pain ranged from a 3/10 to a 7/10 for me depending on the area being worked on. I felt like the cutting was releasing emotion in me at one point, it was hard not to cry, not from the pain though. It reminded me of an article I had read about yoga bringing up emotions stored within in the muscles of your body in places you don't usually utilize or deeply stretch. Maybe there's something to that. Anyway. It was an odd experience but I managed to quell that bizarre response. In some other spots my eyes simply watered as a biological response to the area being cut and the pain. I recommend no eye makeup or gentle eye makeup that won't get in your eyes and sting exacerbating the discomfort haha. You want to be as comfortable as possible. Please keep in mind, pain is subjective, and seeing as I had very little natural brow to begin with, I am sure a lot more cuts had to be made to reach the result. The healing process was easy, surprisingly no pain, very little itching, just keep Aquaphor on them whilst they heal and scab and flake. At one point the scabs began to come off every time I would apply the Aquaphor and the scabs had lots of pigment in them and you could see the hairline strokes of ink coming off in patches on my finger. I was internally panicking a bit because I thought the ink wasn't taking to my skin, but after the all came off it revealed to me that they had largely completed the healing process and the pigment underneath was softer, lighter, a bit less defined and beautiful. I still have to go and get my touch up done a little over a month from now, and at that time I will post the finished product, though I am happy with them now as it is. All in all a very positive experience. I've suffered without brows for so long that its been so crazy not having to be crazy about wiping my brows off (makeup) or not being able to swim or wake up and have perfect brows. It's one less thing to be anxious and hyper aware of, that's priceless to me. read more

Disappointing experience. I made an appt for a spray tan after a friend highly recommended Anastacia. They used online booking, which was nice, but apparently didn't matter because once I arrived, someone else did my spray tan. It was the first time I ever had one and she did very little to explain the process. She also had someone "shadowing" to learn the process, which made it more uncomfortable. The place is cute and nice. I am not very happy with the results. The upper half of my body is ok, except my hands are orange. She put some lotion on my hands to prevent that I thought, but maybe I was supposed to rub it in? I don't know, it was my first one. My legs are patchy. I have a close esthetician friend who lives out of state, so my expectations were pretty high to get the personalized service that I can get from my friend. This meant that it took me way longer than it should to find someone I wanted to trust with those girly things like skin care and hair removal. Based on the reviews and that Tanastacia use Dermalogica products, I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad that I did. Kim was my esthetician, and she did an amazing job not only with the services that I scheduled but also contributed to the friendly, personal experience that I was looking to get.
