I needed physical therapy for two knee replacements scheduled just three months apart, so finding…read morethe right clinic was incredibly important to me. I wanted a team that was experienced, attentive, and committed to helping me prepare for back-to-back surgeries and return to the active lifestyle I love--traveling, competitive pickleball, hiking, and more. I researched several facilities before choosing White Tanks Physical Therapy, and I'm so glad I did. From day one, my experience has been exceptional. The staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic is always clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere where it's clear everyone enjoys what they do. I'm now four weeks into my first knee replacement recovery. I've followed every recommendation from my therapists, and thanks to their guidance and encouragement, I feel confident I'll be ready for my second knee replacement in just two months. I've primarily worked with Pablo and had one session with Emily, but I've observed all of the physical therapists in action and they are outstanding--knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients' success. Pablo is my primary physical therapist, and I highly recommend him. That said, if he's unavailable, you can feel confident knowing the rest of the team provides the same exceptional level of care. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND WHITE TANKS PHYSICAL THERAPY! (Sorry for the all caps, but it seemed like the best way to express just how strongly I feel!)

I've gone to a different place where pts only talk to a pt for 5-10 min, and the rest of the exercises are overseen by an unqualified college or high school kid....mike assessed my movements, and he helped curate exercises that would improve the pain from my cervical spine disc bulge. 5/5!

This is really two reviews in one…read more I went to Procare after surgery for a ruptured achilles tendon. After the prescribed course of physical therapy, i returned to the surgeon for assessment. He was unequivocally amazed at my condition, and declared my recovery to be three months ahead of schedule. I also had Procare treat my shoulder, which suffered from very limited mobility due to an ancient injury and surgical repair. Basically, the repair just wore out after 40 years. I had previously consulted with some of the top orthopaedists in the country, who opined that my only option was total shoulder replacement. Procare put me through a regimen of therapy that restored substantial flexibility and range of motion to my shoulder. I can now reach the top shelf of the cupboard, and scrub both sides of my back in the shower. All in all, Procare's work is extrordinary.

Based on my experience here, I personally would not recommend this therapist to anyone who would…read morelike to be involved with their treatment plan. Over all, the owner/PT was pleasantly nice, but very set in his ways. As a military wife having moved around a lot, I have undergone multiple therapy sessions due to a neck injury from a car accident several years ago. I chose this place for convienence, but also because the office staff are very friendly, polite, & professional. During the assessment process, the PT asked several questions & wanted to know what approaches or techniques have other therapists used. We discussed a treatment plan. He shared with me what he would like to do & goals he'd like to achieve by using a frequency machine that I was not familiar with. I've had ultra sounds & electrical stimulation on my neck, but he indicated this was not the same. He did explain in thorough detail on how the machine works & that the frequencies would stimulate deep muscle tissue. I kindly told him that I would not want to begin treatment with this machine until after I did further research, at which point the owner said to me, "I'm sorry I just can't work with you if you do not trust my judgement. I have been doing this for over 30 years, and I can tell, you know way too much and that's getting in the way of you seeing results. You need to go back down the road & find another therapist to work with." I apologized by saying, "I'm very sorry if I offended you, but I would like to research this machine first & read reviews." I also work in healthcare and yes sometimes that does get in the way- but, not in this case. I know my body and I know what works for me and what doesn't. I also want to be absolutely sure that this will not have negative or long-term effects. My motive certainly was not to undermine this man's intelligence, as he appears to be very informative, I only wanted to learn more about the frequency machine beforehand. I think most people in my shoes would want to do the same. This therapist was obviously not a good fit for me, but that doesn't mean he may not be a good fit for someone else. That said, I do wish everyone at Procare PT all the very best! I'm sorry it didn't work out.
