The care he received here was unbelievable. From smiling Victoria at reception to every single nurse, doctor, PCT, therapist and pharmacist the kindness and expertise was unbeatable. I never had to ask for something's twice, actually I never had to ask at all.. they had it all taken care of. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs it. Inappropriate comments made me uncomfortable. Addressed it and have since not had inappropriate comments made. Was approved fof 15 sessions, so far about 1/2 way done. Will review again. Shelly the receptionist is friendly amd professional. Mr. Guidry seems professional too. After a day of inappropriate comments now the rest of the staff seems professional as well.

I double checked with my insurance the day before my appt and was told they were not in network. Cancelled my appt but they called to insist they were in network and they had checked. I called my insurance company again and again was told they were not in network. This practice would have charged me hundreds of dollars a visit instead of my $5 copay if I had listened to them. Makes me question their integrity and competence. Hard not to think this wasn't intentional when Im the one stuck with the bill regardless.

Also thankfully they set up and get will transportation for you to your doctors and back. So your continuity of care is kept as best as possible. I've been a patient at this location twice and other then my bad demeanor about wanting to go home the first time, I was still treated professionally then and again was treated professionally the second time of discharge. All I can say is they were there for me and I caused issues that don't make me proud of myself or fair to those trying to help move things along as fast as possible. I'm still very sadden and sorry for my childish like behavior. I give all the credit and thanks to the amazing therapist, Ryanne. I'm so thankful that I was transferred to Ryanne and Jack's care after my initial evaluation because If it wasn't for her and Jack's help as well, I don't believe I would have received the high level of care and healing during my time there at ATI. They have adjusted my therapy accordingly to how I feel (even checked my BP). Very clean facility and great staff who are very professional, caring and sweet (especially Adrian and of course Brenda). Our experience at this facility was extremely concerning. A patient repeatedly called for…read moreassistance and was allegedly left sitting in soiled clothing for an extended period of time without response from staff. Attempts to contact the nursing station went unanswered. EMS and police were ultimately called, and the patient was transported to the hospital for further care. We have filed formal complaints with the appropriate Arizona agencies. Families with loved ones here should stay actively involved and closely monitor care.
