While the background check was running, he left to help another customer, then disappeared. Two other employees took over the transaction, but there was confusion about what steps had been completed. What should have been a simple 30 minute transaction turned into a 2+ hour wait. Very disappointed in Sportsman's Warehouse, not worth a return trip.

Now they are in a house on Monroe Ave a little bit closer to the city. They have a great selection of martial arts equipment, gloves, uniforms and trinkets. The owners are pretty knowledgeable and they can find stuff that might not be on the shelves. (I think the owner maybe a yellow belt in Tang So Do or something). Prices are good too - maybe a little bit more than the internet - but you don't have to wait or pay for shipping. Well worth the trip every time I head into the ROC.
