Young inexperienced workers who don't care and only push you to high end products. Then I checked out great skate right down the street. As soon as you walk in the door it feels like a local hockey shop and not the 'Walmart' of hockey shops. Employees of all ages with difference experience and knowledge who are there to push you towards the right gear for you and not the most expensive to just make profit. As I did with Pro Hockey Life in Whitby. I bought a new pair of hockey skates, expensive ones , that were hurting my feet because they were to small. I brought them back a few days later, I asked to speak to the manager . I was expecting a hassel, but instead what I got was understanding and they replaced the skates re profiled and re heated at no cost and no hassle. How cool was that..
