We had a situation we were helping our grandson resolve with a side by side and Filers and a man by the name of Sean, was totally awesome, professional, honest, personable, prompt, and did everything he promised he would do.. You can tell by speaking with certain people that they are reputable and good people to work with, so I say anyone that wants to purchase a motorcycle, vehicle, side by side, or some other form of outside transportation, they check with Filers first and ask for Sean. Excellent to deal with. Parts dept will go the extra mile to find a difficult part and service dept is always very accommodating.

Do not trust their word. If their service department tells you something, get it in writing or record the interaction. They'll quickly turn it around as your fault instead of owning their own internal issues. Better yet, find somewhere else to handle service on your machines. read more

Purchased a NEW Polaris Sportsman 90 for my son. After riding it the second time he hit the back of my other sons 4 wheeler. After questioning him and telling him to slow down he told me he didnt give it any throttle. (I figured yeah sure you didn't) Again the next day he came around the corner of our barn and put his hands in the air because he was scared and the wheeler was still under throttle coming at me. I had to step in front of him and turn it off. It was brand new. It has sat in our barn for the next 10 months. I finally had time to get it to Filers this past week. They found the issue. When the 4 wheeler turned one way then back the other the cable was getting stuck and needed to be re-routed because it was installed incorrectly. Funny thing is they put it together. The bad part of all of this is I was charged $70 to make it right then asked to spend another $90 on a battery because it was shot. (Got one elsewhere for $50) 4 wheeler was ridden 4 times. Sad excuse for customer service! Try a smaller Polaris dealer. They care about their customers more! Still in shock I had to pay to fix(re-route) a cable they installed. Just glad my son didn't get hurt. read more
