I have experienced several reiki practitioners before Tulsi, and none of them spent as much time with me outside the actual reiki session. After being unhappy with failed attempts at traditional therapists, I decided this past January to reach out to Tulsi for her life coaching services. I wanted someone that I felt like spoke "my language," and I have found that with Tulsi. She understands the mind, body, spirit connection. So far, I have had 7 sessions with her that have been specifically designed for my needs. These sessions have included meditation, hypnotherapy, coaching, and reiki. Again, the thing that stands out to me the most about Tulsi is the amount of time she spends with me during each session. She also follows up each session with an email detailing the things we discussed and how I can further my healing on my own time. Tulsi thinks about all of the small things. She gives me the tools I need to continue my therapy at home. I have spent many years trying to gain emotional and mental stability through traditional therapy and prescription drugs. I have found that I feel a hundred times better using more holistic methods. Tulsi's spirit is warm and inviting and is is obvious that her work is her soul's passion. She puts in so much positive energy into every small detail. I met DDP at a restaurant the night before I decided to try out the studio, he was so friendly and he explained the studio so passionately, I was already wanting to try it out ever since I saw the documentary, Resurrection of Jake the Snake, it features him and DDP's method, amazing movie, but nothing like DDP himself to sway you! He let me know he was teaching the class the next morning, so I told him I'd be there! I showed up about 15 minutes before, I brought my own mat and towel,make sure you bring a towel, you will sweat, ALOT. I was greeted warmly by the girl at the front desk and she explained everything I needed to know. They supply you with a heart monitor which is an awesome feature, your name appears on the screen in front of the class so you can check your progress, make sure you're in the correct range for your heart rate an it tracks the calories you have burned. The actual class was amazing. It was incredibly high energy, but I still feel like I got a great stretch and a very complete flow. By the end I had burned over 900 Calories and I was beat! One of the best work outs I've ever had! You have to try it, I had So much fun, and the people that work there and work out are all incredibly friendly and supportive.c

The parking lot is on a kind of weird hill but there's plenty of parking spots. The front door of the store opens to a small lobby with a cashier/desk, but the store is actually very large. We were greeted at both the front entrance and when we were in the jewelry/rock room. This is called a bookstore but it's really much more. The selection of books is vast and niche at the same time. I picked up a little astrology book I'm very excited to get into. There is a huge and stunning wall of rocks and gems you can self-service with a variety of types, shapes, finishes and priced at a very accessible level. I picked out several different rocks from the wall. They also have jewelry, candles, accessories, I can't even begin to list everything available here. The best part is the store cats. They are beauty, they are grace and I love them. Also wonderful the Sagittarius that rang up my purchases. I can't wait to come back and visit with my best friend again! Thank you Phoenix & Dragon!
