Despite that, Draven and Steve were friendly and accommodating with our situation, moving three large items and having to remove the doors.

Definitely not recommend!…read more I ordered a bin, they asked for payment up front and never delivered the bin. After ghosting me for several days, they finally said they could not service me and would refund me. This was over a week ago and I have asked for my refund on multiple occasions, only to be ghosted by them yet again. If you need a bin, go to anyone else instead. I called a competitor. They delivered promptly and I got a 20 yard bin for the same price H&M quoted me for a 12 yard. Still paid double though because these guys never refunded my money!

While we wanted our stuff gone, we didn't want to be gouged so a price up front was important to us. We arranged the whole appointment via email and Steve and Alan showed up on time and ready to go. They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy before they left. They also managed to fit an entire one bedroom apartments worth of furniture into a cube van, which was a feat in itself. I would thoroughly recommend Junkfree to anyone requiring junk removal services. Although they are based in Hamilton, they serve the GTA. It's also good to know that the furniture they take away is evaluated and given to charity or reused wherever possible.
