I HIGHLY recommend using her for your newborn photos or just any photos in general. She has everything you need at her studio in Rohnert Park, like props, diapers, complimentary water, a changing table and so much more!! She was attentive and nurturing with my little tiny 2 week old baby girl, I was grateful for her calmness. She went above and beyond for us, even made my husband's dream come true with doing a sports themed photo shoot with the warriors, giants and 49ers. He can't stop talking about it! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She is definitely someone I will be using throughout my child's life. They blended seamlessly into our wedding party and made everyone feel comfortable, allowing every moment to unfold naturally. From the very beginning, Alison took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what was most important to us. She truly listened, and then executed everything more perfectly than we could have imagined. When we finally sat down to look through our wedding gallery, we were completely blown away. Every photo is absolutely beautiful. One of the things we appreciated most was how Alison and Amy captured not only all of the big moments, but also the countless little in-between moments that we either weren't together for or didn't even realize were happening. Looking through the gallery allowed us to experience our wedding day from a whole new perspective and brought us right back to every emotion we felt. The photos tell the story of our day so naturally and beautifully, and we'll treasure them for the rest of our lives. We are beyond grateful for the care, talent, and attention to detail that Alison and Amy put into capturing our wedding. Choosing them as our photographers was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

She was truly able to capture our relationship authentically, and for that we will be forever grateful. My fiancé and I are not terribly comfortable in front of a camera, so we were nervous about our engagement session. Courtney instantly put us at ease--she's professional but also very warm, personable, flexible, and easy-going. She had really creative ways to pose us that seemed funny in the moment but resulted in gorgeous, natural-looking photos. (For instance, she kicked off the session by having us look at each other and answer the question "who is the better cook?" It got us talking and laughing!) The photos she delivered (on time, of course) were a mix of beautiful, classic-looking portraits and delightful candids of us being our goofy selves. Ahead of time, she also sent tips for what to wear, which were incredibly helpful. The session also gave us an unexpected opportunity to see Courtney's ability to improvise. We were supposed to do the shoot at a park along the Russian River, but when my fiancé and I got there early we realized that the park's closing time online did not match what was posted at the site and that the parking lot (there was no street parking) would close halfway through our session. I called Courtney and she quickly suggested that we meet in downtown Healdsburg instead and do the session walking around downtown. We appreciated her ability to think on her feet and come up with a plan that was better than the one we'd made to begin with! The Russian River location had been our idea, but downtown Healdsburg gave us such a cool variety of scenery to work with. Weddings often don't go as planned (or so I hear...) and I'm confident that Courtney would be able to handle any last-minute wedding day changes with grace and ingenuity. We would have booked her in a heartbeat for our wedding, but she's already taken! I highly, highly recommend Courtney and would jump at the chance to work with her again.

Of all the portfolios we looked at (and we looked at MANY), Anne-Claire's was the only one that fit the style and attention to detail we were looking for, and working with her did not disappoint. All of our photos came out STUNNING, and she made absolute magic out of our couple portraits, which had to be taken entirely indoors due to the pouring rain the night of our wedding. She has such a good eye for light and framing, it was hard to narrow down favorites from either shoot because we loved SO MANY of our photos! We also really loved her style of shooting - she knew how to capture all the right moments at exactly the right times, but you otherwise didn't notice her unless necessary (like when shooting our family portraits). Anne-Claire was super responsive over email, very thorough in her shot planning before the wedding, and we'd jump at the chance to work with her again. Absolutely worth the investment for the beauty she captured in this huge milestone of our lives.

We felt so reassured after our initial talk with Anne-Claire when she explained her philosophy of capturing authentic emotions, human connection, and sense memories. Since we've started sharing our photos with people, we have been hearing nonstop praise about the quality of the photos. We highly recommend Anne-Claire - if you're looking for a photographer who will not just capture an event but also create incredible art, she's your person!

Sara did so much more than just take amazing photos. She helped me plan the timing of the whole day, with expert guidance and perspective on lighting and flow. She dedicated a lot of time and energy to help plan and prep with me so she really understood what we wanted for our big day. She was responsive and professional and also personable, sweet, and funny. When the day arrived, Sara and her second photographer Cecilia helped everything run so smoothly. She even knew how to calm me down when I was freaking out. Sara wrangled our big rowdy family and had lots of tricks for getting natural facial expressions and poses out of everyone including the children and the awkward adults. She kept us laughing while also moving us through the many groups we had lined up. I just looked through all the photos from the ceremony and I can't believe how many angles Sara and Cecilia captured-- they were everywhere... but how??? I swear they went into ninja stealth mode and nobody actually saw them... that's some real photo magic. And of course, the photos themselves are divine. What an awesome person she is!" The photos were stunning. Perfection. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and everything went perfect. We got all the shots we wanted/asked for and more. Erica is So creative and we got some really unique, fun shots too. Her assistant Danielle was amazing. She was such a good help and knew what Erica wanted, when she wanted it! We'll cherish them FOREVER. It might be a few years, but when the time comes, she'll do our maternity shoot, and then our newborn shoot. And after that, family photos. After having a great call with him to go over our vision and how he works with us to make it happen, he gave us a worksheet to fill out. The worksheet was very important in the planning process and helped us choose songs and music for all the particular moments of the day (many things we hadn't even thought about before looking over this worksheet). Dan came for a site visit so he knew what type of equipment he'd need and to understand the flow of the day. He set up and handled all of the speakers, microphones and equipment. And most importantly he had the guests on the dance floor the whole night. It was the best! We highly recommend DJ Dan for your wedding or party needs!

I unfortunately ran late so our timeline was pushed back and I wished we had more dancing but that's not his fault and I truly feel like I got to balance my time well- I did all the things! Photo booth, dancing, outfit change, mingled with everyone. It was a beautiful day/night! He even left me with a cord to help continue to play music from my laptop when his time was up. If you want the longer version, keep reading... :) So, just over a year and a half ago, my (now) husband and I got engaged and I knew right away that photography would be one of the most important elements of our wedding. Almost as soon as we got engaged, I began the hunt for the perfect photographer and we luckily stumbled across Nirav's work. We were immediately enamored with it, how he is able to capture and perfect seemingly peaceful moments framed and executed in a way only a practiced fine art photographer can. We loved his ability to fall into the background and capture sweet and candid moments of his subjects. So mere weeks after we were engaged, we booked Nirav, and my husband and I are SO glad we did. A few months before our wedding, we met Nirav for our engagement shoot and he immediately put us at ease - we had never had photos taken of us before so it took a little getting used to. By the end of the session, Nirav genuinely seemed like a friend we had known for far longer than a couple hours. Not to mention the pictures came out amazingly - they not only make us look good, but they also beautifully captured the scenery around us. Fast forward to the day of our wedding. Nirav was patient, diligent, and knew exactly what he was doing. As you can imagine, weddings can be hectic and Nirav and the second shooter he brought with him that day (Amari) kept things running smoothly and did not add to the fray. When we received our photos from the wedding, they were AMAZING. Truly, truly amazing. I literally teared up as I saw them for the first time. He was able to naturally and organically capture genuine moments between me and my husband, and of our families and guests. While we had several amazing vendors on the day of our wedding, Nirav was perhaps the best. We hope we can find another occasion to work with him in the future!
