Laseraway will just hand you from nurse to nurse during your treatments. The first question each new nurse will ask will be "what are your goals?" They never look at charts or do any preparation for the session. Same generic 30 seconds of asking things they should have been prepared for. When I challenged them on results they change the subject to another treatment or additional sessions. This is a chain franchise with people who don't care about your results (just selling you more services for more $$$). Find a business that will care for your results and a nurse that will work with you from beginning to end. All the good reviews on here are incentivized, see for yourself. read more

They are truly awful. Their good reviews are all fake. They give the customers discounts to say nice things then hide the negative reviews on Google. They use high pressure sales tactics to sell very expensive packages telling clients to put it on their credit cards or take out financing with them. The sales managers are greedy scammers they brow beat their staff to get sales no matter what. Then they take the commission from them. They have no business running a service based business they have no people skills, and don't care at all about the customers or their staff. I had a phone consultation. The consultant was very nice and provided answers to my questions. I became leery when I was told I needed to pay a significant amount of money in order to book an appointment having never seen the location nor given any information about the service providers credentials. I learned that phone consultants are paid on commission, which explains why they want payment in full or minimum half of the total service fee to be rendered prior to stepping foot in their brick & mortar stores. This place is such a rip off. Overpriced and under delivers. Probably why they do big time advertisements but never show prices like competitors. I set up a consult call for their version of Morpheus. I've done 3 treatments in the past and liked it, so I figured I'd give this place a try. Once on the phone, I could tell the company was only interested in making money. They sent me about 29 text messages from different people asking if I wanted to schedule a consult or if I had any questions, and sent me a "how was your call text" all within the 6 hour window before my actual call took place, that I scheduled online. Can you say disorganized? Day of the call: The young lady on the other end of the call knew absolutely nothing about the treatment and immediately skipped over the treatment info to offer me packages. One treatment is $1000. That pretty much ended the call for me. I pay $1800 for 3 sessions at my high end Medspa, I'll stay with them. At the end of the pricing explanation, I shared my surprise at the prices and without hesitation the girl replied, "okay well let us know if you have any other questions." Great experiences so far! I've had about 4 sessions for removing my finger tattoos. The appointment booking process and every session thus far has been smooth. Definitely painful and I don't think the numbing cream does much, but it's been working. They offer an ice pack and cryotherapy to help with pain management which I think helps more than the numbing cream. I'd recommend waiting a good amount of time between sessions because they do fade significantly on their own between sessions. They had a deal going on at the time of purchase a pack of sessions so I took advantage of that. They're pretty comparable to other places around. It's expensive, but worth it if you really want your tattoo gone. I should've listened to my mother in the first place read more

I purchased a hair removal package (full face/underarm/legs/Brazilian) in late 2019 and completed my package mid 2021. Loved it. Had great success, only very very fine hairs came back that are super manageable. Now I purchased another package for the 12 treatments of the clear and brilliant to address my terrible acne scars from adolescence. Before my appointment today I got a phone call from the finance department her name is Brianna, stating that I was given the incorrect treatment according to the package I had purchased back in May and that if I wanted to continue with the same treatment that I was receving I needed to upgrade my package and pay $300 more, what I don't understand is how they can make the mistake twice in two different facilities. About the treatment I received today I'll give nurse Vanesa a 5 star she was very professional and patient, she help me a lot with how to manage my pain, because I had purchased the numbing cream package but they don't give you enough and I was able to feel the pain.
