Honestly pretty disappointed with this place. I went after the gym and got an açaí bowl. I waited for quite a while just for them to bring me a melty thrown together açaí bowl. The base was not mixed well, the toppings were thrown on, and it was spilling over the lid getting all over me and my car. It tasted good but it was so melted that it was hard to eat. They make Vita Nourish which is a really weird water that I found on the shelves of Kroger. It's expensive and tastes honestly weird. Not what I expected from my "Health Food Store, Nearby" Yelp search, but I tried it anyway based on the good sandwich reviews. It's definitely not a health food store. They do have an extensive selection of supplements, protein powders, CBD products, and more, but almost nothing in the way of actual food staples. The Heathy Deli Sandwich w/turkey on whole wheat was outstanding! The ingredients and romaine were so fresh and in perfect proportion.....yum! The only two things I noticed that might be improved were that when offered a side with my sandwich, one option was an "Israeli Salad". I assumed it might be similar to a "Mediterranean" Salad, and it was. And it was delicious! I think that it might have tasted even better though if it was renamed "We are all Brothers and Sisters The Middle East Salad", but I'm mostly kidding....the other thing was the signage, just not user friendly if your looking for a deli/sando shop in a busy shopping center. Look for large YOGURT & CBD signs. The young man and woman working were very helpful, made the food efficiently and with obvious care. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. My husband came home with smoothies today after a hard workout at our gym. I was going to go for an açaí bowl, but decided on a smoothie today instead. I had the Honey Sweet Aphrodite smoothie. I was shocked to see how big of a cup these bad boys come in. It was only $7 for a jumbo smoothie! Such a great deal. Best part of all is the smoothie is absolutely incredible. Tastes like a tropical drink. My husband also ventured in to the actual store part of this spot, since they not only sell food and smoothies, but also are a nutrition store above all else. He saw some weights for me since I've been doing a few workouts a week from home. They were only $30 for three weights that also came with a workout dvd. Not bad at all! 3.5 star Review 1st Visit: My bf and I recently gotten into healthy smoothies and juices. We wanted to get something before watching a movie so I decided on Juice It Up but when we arrived, it has been closed for quite some time. Then I remembered that Lily had tried the juice at Pure Nutrition so we made a U turn to stop by. I like the concept of this shop. Deli, smoothies, juices, yogurt, all available to purchase. The staff there that helped us were personal trainers and were knowledgeable on the products. I got the Hercules' Power and my bf got another smoothie w protein. They both tasted watered down in this x-large cups. Not so delicious. The staff/personal trainer told us that for $29/year, you can get unlimited alkaline water plus discounts on purchases of the products (vitamins, protein powder, etc.). 2nd Visit: We inquired on the unlimited alkaline water but was told by another staff that visit that with the $29/year, we are limited to 1 gallon of alkaline water a day, any more than that cost $1 a gallon. If we don't have a membership, we can still get that alkaline water, but it would be $2 a gallon instead. We said no thanks to the water, but said let's try again with the smoothies. Was a great decision. My bf got the Athens Scream smoothie and I got the Cyclop's Clone Juice. They were both deliciously healthy in a large cup. We understood then that for our first visit, he put way too much ice in it, therefore, the smoothies were presented in the x-large cup. Although my juice tasted like it has specks of sand in there...I still finished it. Overall, we will return and when our smoothies come out water down, I will let them know. read more

They have a lot of chocolate type smoothies, which I don't find the most healthy. I also noticed they don't have anything with avocado, vanilla or matcha, which are kind of staples in a lot of smoothie shops by now. However, I'd still go back. I decided to order the Gyro because thats my go to anywhere that has it & I was surprised this was literally the best Gyro Ive had by far in this city. Oh my goodness where do I start?!! I went in and met with Ron McCormick. I went in weighing 318 lbs and was about to give up trying. I didn't even go in for the purpose of using his products. I was soliciting for the company I work for. To make a long story short, Ron put me on a Alkaline program and I have never felt better! After one week I had lost 9 lbs and for the first time in my life, was extremely motivated to exercise. I have tried their smoothies as well as other things here and it is always good! The employees working are always nice and very helpful. I had questions about their smoothies and added boosts and what not and it was very informative. They also sell health supplements and vitamins here. I think they may also do fitness or health classes. It's in a shopping center somewhat hidden but not completely. This place is the best!!!! I never been into a nutrition store that had staff that was so knowledgeable on all their products. I originally saw the frozen yogurt and thats what brought me in but when i walked into the store they were a nutrition store. I wanted to get on some good joint vitamins and a better multivitamin suppliment. Ron the owner happen to be there and he has a PHD in nutrition!
