She took it to the register and rang it up for us- he never looked at it before purchasing assuming she had gotten what he asked for. When he went to make his protein shake the next morning and opened the container he saw the powder was clearly not chocolate. He put on his readers and sure enough- its vanilla. He took it to the store and asked to exchange it for the double chocolate that he had requested and thought the rep got him and was told because it was opened there was nothing they would do. This is poor customer service, especially considering the prices on many things in the store are nearly double what you can get them for elsewhere. Nope. We won't be back.

Every smoothie I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. They're always made perfectly and consistently every single time. They are a little pricey, but honestly worth it. We've tried recreating them at home and it's just not the same. The food is also really good -- very clean, fresh, flavorful, and cooked well. Our personal favorite is the tuna salad sandwich, but we usually have them turn it into a wrap. The customer service has been great too. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The juice bar itself is very clean, and the long hours make it super convenient when you're trying to stick to healthier eating habits. I arrived here on a late Thursday afternoon after going to the gym. A nice, refreshing drink from here sounded like a great idea after getting a workout in. I looked at their menu online in advance and they have so many juice choices to choose from. I did consider going for their 'icepresso' drinks, despite this place being a juice bar, but I didn't see it anywhere on the menu in person. My main concern coming here was parking. The parking lot was busy but there were a few empty spaces here and there and I found one a few steps away. Taking a minute going through their choices again because, again, a lot to choose from, I finally settled on the #17, called The Threesome. Hence the name of this product, there were three main flavors inside; orange, grape, and strawberry. I was expecting the drink to come in a cup with ice or something like that, I don't know why, but it was given to me in a glass bottle in a snap. The service was incredibly quick that I didn't get the chance to take pictures of the inside. Then again, it wasn't busy at all. There was only one person inside with me and another person entered as soon as I was walking out the door. My opinion on this drink; it was a little on the sugary side (I try to avoid sugar in drinks most of the time) but at the same time it had a lot of vitamin C on it...more than 100% actually, according to the label on the back. It was fresh, fruity, chilled, and would be good for a full week after I bought it, but I ended up finishing it later that night. It also said that it would give you an energy boost and also supports cardiovascular health and digestion following its' consumption.
