The other dish was just taco seasoning meat with rice. They make the photos look good, but when received, it's another story. I dropped into End Goal Meal Prep for the first time today because of a fun little app that told me to... and I'm so glad it did, because I was not aware of this place! It's all good though, because Sebastian and Alex B gave me the lowdown, and couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating-- these guys are hands down amazing staff-- and they're going places! One is majoring in accounting and business and the other has his sites set on aerospace engineering... AND ladies, they know how to COOK! Pictured below is Alex B proudly holding out the turkey and spinach lasagna the two of them made "homemade from scratch!" All food is made on the premises, and is available for pickup or delivery, ala carte or via subscriptions (with a subscription meals go for around $110 for 10 meals, though there are various subscription configurations.) Meals change monthly, but Alex B said his favorites are "bang bang chicken and philly cheese steak"... and I'm super psyched to try my bang bang chicken, but my mediterranean meatballs look spectacular too! I got the dream protein shake , it was about $7 for a 16oz. The taste similar to a boba protein shake powder . Not worth the price but I'll come back and try other drinks they have . Stopped in randomly the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the meals and quality of the food. Alot of meal prep places get a bad rep for having bland food or basic recipes that get old quick. End Goal had a pretty big selection of ready to eat meals plus snacks and smoothie bar as well. Most of their meals come in either a lean or bulk size based on the protein portion. On this visit I tried out the chicken adobo and chicken jambalaya in the bulk portion. The meals were flavorful and kept well throughout the week. Service was quick and friendly, according to the employee working they change up their menu pretty often so there is always something new to try. Wow ! Amazing ! Delicious ! High-quality ! Nutritious ! Affordable! Those are the words I would describe End Goal Meal Prep! If you haven't ordered from any other meal prep service before, please give this local Vegas business a try! You won't be disappointed. You get a choice or either Lean or Bulk meal options and can even save more money if you go through their subscription program. I opted for their lean a la carte meals and ordered 2 of the Korean Bibimbap, 1 Black Bean Loco Moco and 1 Ground Turkey Loco Moco. All came out to be around $48 with tax and $5 delivery fee. Not bad, roughly comes to be ~$9-10 depending on the meal you choose, before taxes & delivery fee, but you can always come pick up the food and save the $5. The delivery was contact-less, the driver notifies you the day they deliver your meal and let's you know the time frame of their arrival. They delivery between 6-8pm every Monday I believe. The menu changes each week so you don't have to worry about eating the same food all the time, but their food is so good that you will. I'll get into that in a bit. They're also accommodating on food allergies and preferences like including low carb options if you prefer. The containers are microwavable and the label tells you how long to cook it for as well as the name of the food and the main macros (carbs, proteins, and fats). I like that they do that because for someone who's wanting to diet and calorie counting, it makes my lunch and dinner quick and easy since it's already calculated for you. They also tell you the expiration date or best to eat by so eat them quickly before they go bad! Now onto the food. I wanna say every bite had a lot of flavor. You can really taste how fresh and high quality the ingredients they use are. My favorite of the 3 was the Korean Bibimbap. You can adjust the spicy-ness by adding more or less of what I believe is their gochujang sauce. I poured all of it onto mine cause I like spicy. After finishing it, I was definitely full. Every meal I ate, I was left very satisfied and full. Their portion is just the right amount and keeps you full for long times. The Loco Moco meals were delicious as well. I especially liked the Loco Moco sauce, not too salty and just the right amount to not submerge the entire food, same goes for the gochujang sauce in the bibimbap. The turkey patty was thiccc and the size of my fist! Everything was well seasoned and to my liking. Very nutritious and healthy! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and my taste buds and full belly thanks you for these delicious meals. I cant wait to try their other meals. ^_^ read more

I follow them on Instagram and get my order via google and pay my invoice a multiple ways depending on my mood. Anyways, my meals last week were one to rave about so starting with the Indian Butter Chicken Dish and Couscous Risotto! My mouth was drooling for more and more. Each week, they have a rotating menu of 4 dishes and every 1st of the month, they have a breakfast menu item. You can order from their website as alacarte or as a weekly subscription of 7,10,15,20 meals. You can pick either lean or bulk depending on your health preference. They do deliver and meals will magically appear on your doorsteps on Monday night. Super easy! Compared to my other experiences, let me tell you why they're the best at what they do. So I've always been a below average cook and I don't particularly enjoy cooking in general so of course a meal prep service is the way to go. I know there are many options out there but I heard from a friend about a new and local meal prep company here in Vegas. So you get a menu every week (posted on their website or Instagram) with various dishes on there, usually about four options per week to choose from. The deadline to order is Fridays, I believe. Each dish has nutritional facts and you have the option of the "bulk" version if you are trying to eat more calories or a "lean" version if you are doing the opposite. I believe you can also customize the dishes based on your dietary needs as well. I would have to say that the food is great quality, it is very filling, and I love that they keep the menu fresh every week. They even have a breakfast menu too! As far as pricing goes, I think that for a meal prep service like this its pretty affordable. Depending on whether you order bulk vs lean and how many meals per week you want, it comes out to about $7-11 per meal with a subscription. And you can choose to do a la carte as well if you'd like. So for delicious food, convenience of not having to cook, AND having the food delivered without an additional fee I'd say it's an excellent deal. I was doing some research to find a good meal prep company and came across End Goal. Their prices were very competitive compared to some other meal prep companies that I was looking into, so I decided to give End Goal a try. I tried out a few of their items a la carte to start, just to see if it's something my wife and I would enjoy. We ended up liking the a la carte meals, so we decided to start on one of their subscription plans that they offer, which ultimately prices out the meals at right around $8/meal for us. I think the more meals you order on subscription, the price per meal drops. Their menu is simple and changes weekly, which keeps things exciting and interesting for us. There are also options to tailor your meals specific to what you need (i.e low carb, keto, vegetarian, etc...) This was super important to us since my wife eats vegetarian and I was looking for pescatarian options. The food is super fresh! The meals have that home-cooked feel and taste delicious! Some of the dishes taste so amazing that I can't believe they are healthy lol Whole Grain Pasta, Tuscan Gnocchi Soup, Japanese Curry, Jambalaya, & Ube Pancakes are some of our faves! There's actually quite a few more dishes we enjoy, it is just too much to list here lol The pick up process was simple and streamlined for us, but since this covid-19 lockdown and quarantine, we've opted to try out their delivery service. Love End Goal Meal Prep!!! I was first introduced with this company through a friend and decided to try it out. I had a planned half marathon early February and decided to try out the lean portions. You can choose between lean or bulk portions between 3-4 kinds of meals put out weekly. The meals are thought out- it's never the same every week and if you're a foodie, you will enjoy the menu. They break down the macros for you for each meal. Needless to say, I did well on my half marathon with the help of End a Goal! The meals are affordable.
