I am a customer for about 8 years now. I spent thousands of dollars here. Most of the time they are good Although most of the stuff on sale or deals are always too dry - too old and I actually accept most of bad products. But this time I purchased a whole oz and the whole thing is super dry and got fungi smell to it It literally affects my health!! I was coughing all night and blocked my whole breathing system!! So I decided to reach out to address my concerns and they just said nor returns no refunds! It was my first complaint over 8 years probably! And yet I already bought so many bad products from here with no problem. But when I see tag manipulation ! That was a rip off And I don't think a business like this needs to rip people off !!! BEWARE!! This is the second time in the last three visits where they do not honor what they advertise. On the website,if you spend $75, you get to spin the wheel for, generally, a small freebie. I get down there and they are not running the promo AGAIN. I mention it to the budtender who I think is also the manager and he could not have cared less. I been going here for years, no more. Management is extremely unhelpful. If your order gets messed up because of their awful app don't expect any help. They literally told me they can't help " because of CCSD". I don't know what the school district has to do with my carts but apparently the children need them worse than me. I love a good Black Friday deal, and this place probably had the best deals in town. One of the employees told me the day before thanksgiving is known as "green Wednesday" in the industry and that day usually has more deals and sales. Good to know! My friend and I decided to put in an order for pickup because the deals were too good. I got some sleepy time edibles that help me sleep and a pen as well as some other edibles and the price was not bad at all! We stocked up! We came in late, around 11:30pm which was right before they closed so we didn't wait in line at all. It was nice and easy to get in and have them ring us up and for us to leave. It was great. The guy that rang us up was extremely nice too. Definitely will be back to this spot to get more in the future! This place is so professional and well done. read more

I arrived at the store at 11:49 pulled on the door no later than 11:50. The door was locked. The security guard looked right at me and shook his head. I've been coming here for years and loved it. Yet this is the second time this has happened to me. At this point I feel played. Last time it was 5 minutes before closing. I understood that. But locking me out and looking at me with over 10 more minutes of opening time. I just feel disrespected. I understand people wanna go home. But the fact that I pulled back into my driveway with no weed and my phone said the store was still open just stung. I returned a few days after for a birthday pre-roll and happened to get the same budtender--a heavy-set African American woman with a poorly kept afro. Then she got petty, went back and forth with me in a snarky way until the manager, Ethan, stepped in to finish the transaction. I calmly explained everything to Ethan and how I was upset with the treatment, but all he said was they'd "review the camera." That's it--no apology, no resolution, no customer service recovery. Even though I was there for a birthday pre-roll, I was still required to make a minimum purchase to receive it. No courtesy, no understanding. UPDATE: Do not trust the manager either. I later found out that Ethan left a note in the system that completely misrepresented the situation. The most horrible experience I ever had in a dispensary in my life I was greeted at the window and I was also informed that I had a 30% off for being a first time as I'm standing in line, I get call to be next then after being called to the counter, I was informed that I was in the wrong line which there wasn't really much instructions on where to stand also knowing that the men at the window seen me stand in the line for I guess the online orders and didn't say anything to me then they try to have me go to the back of the line I him the mishap how somebody was standing in front of the sign that is not visible at all very poorly customer service very bad dispensary highly do not recommend there is a dispensary down the street from them. When I went to pay with my card, I was not informed in advance that using their payment system would come with a $5fee, processed like an ATM transaction. Instead of clearly explaining this upfront, they rely on a vague message on the card reader that says "ATM"--which is easy to miss and extremely misleading. It felt like they were trying to scam customers by hiding the real cost of paying with a card. As a customer, I expect full transparency--especially when extra charges are involved. It is not acceptable to surprise people with fees after the fact or assume we understand the system without proper explanation. If you shop here, be very careful about how you pay. Ask questions before swiping your card, and don't expect the staff to tell you the full story unless you ask them. I'm a long time customer! After Friday I'll be spending the buckets of money I spend on over priced crap weed somewhere else. Placed an order for curbside. Had a 5.00 coupon and a 10.00 coupon. Snotty ass little kid who works the curb had the hardest time understanding and went inside and sent out another millennial who's explaining to me we need to have respect for one another......... as he tells me to keep walking and waving his hands in my face. Demanding my ID. Security was super great guy that's what the 2 stars is for. The manager, although he got to the bottom of the trivial situation and refunded me 7.00 seemed to be putting the blame on both the employee and me. The place has gone to crap. I tried my hardest to get a number outside of business to contact owners but I'm having little luck. I was shocked when treated so poorly after being a great customer due to the very $hitty managers at the Gibson location One guy huffing and puffing rolling his eyes neck tattoos and septum and One older white lady Who was very rude and snotty when spoken too and laughed in my face when I was confused asking questions I will no longer be a customer at the Gibson location. I feel bad for the cool budtenders who work there along side the bad ones who move extremely slow .They sold me A bad non smokeable product and when I took it back and showed them they offered me A 2$ discount from a full price product instead of honoring it like other dispensary would. Does it hurt to help the loyal customer? Do you the manager lose money to help out and replace bad product does it come out of your pay check? Commission based ? This is my furthest away dispensary on my short list of go-to's. I enjoy the vibe of the store when I visit. If I visit, though, it's bc there's a problem with delivery bc I do not like driving locally yet (new resident). I still get in my car though because of the decent deals and variety on hand. Yesterday delivery (3rd party vendor) was way off so I drove. Manager was super appreciative and gave me a small discount. I ordered at 11on line and cancelled the delivery at 130 and told him I'd drive and pick it up. Picked up at 2 and had a very surprised delivery driver show at my door at 8pm.
