All of the stylists in there are cordial and sweet. The shop recently moved to another section of the same building. The entrance now faces Richmond Hwy and is next to the Pizza Hut door. Recently during the holiday season I took off to get my hair done. Because I have been working 3 jobs it has become harder to maintain a balanced schedule for hair days. I am a licensed cosmetologist and know what it takes for sure. To save time I went to salon plaza and found Danita The Demon. Everything about how she treated me shows how demonic and evil she is. From the hoarding in her tiny little space you see how unserious she may be but she gets you with the availability and her yes yes yes approach. I specifically asked for a flat sew-in with a side part that can blended in a ponytail with my perimeter left out. Even during the braid down, I told her to watch how she sews down on my occipital bone because it can cause a bulge and won't be flat. I didn't complain to her, the tightness was on point, I told her where I wanted my part and explained what I wanted very eloquently. I wasn't able to check it because I was in a rush and she does your hair away from the mirror. (Very Clever) I thought that she knew what she was doing because she agreed to do my service. It was not that at all. I brought three bundles and wanted to use all the hair but said if we couldn't then okay. She double wefted my hair which is intentionally done if you don't want it to be flat. She sewed my hair in from top to bottom. Left huge spaces in between my leave out and hair and I couldn't put it in a ponytail. I called her back once she reopened and told her that my entire left side of my head was out. She didn't seem to notice that the sew-in started from behind my ears. She said come on in and when I got there she had a client. She said, "so where is the hair coming out at? That's what you said on the phone." Now I know I'm not crazy but she knew exactly what was wrong from looking at it. I had to the gel my hair down for it to look half way decent. She didn't want to redo it, she was rude and almost got in my face when I had to explain to her that I'm the client and she didn't do what I asked. Instead of taking accountability she tried to sew-in my hair again and sewed 1 entire bundle to the back of my head with 3/4 spaces in between each weft and then she broke two threads because she was pulling the hair so tight out of her frustration. I stopped her in the middle and told her to stop because she was intentionally trying to mess it up. My braids had more thread than hair and it took me two hours to get it out. So I was out of $230 and my hair still wasn't done. Don't come to her unless you're bald because there's no way she can mess that up. When you walk in take a good look around the room. Then look her dead in the eyebrows. Yea, she is not your person, find somebody else or do it yourself.

I contacted the owner to see if she could possibly either redo them or just give me a refund and refuse to give me a refund and end up hanging up on me and told me that she cannot do a refund at all regarding anything, and that it wasn't her work in it with my hair I refuse to go back to this place and I will be filing the proper paperwork to get my reason I spent almost $200 on my hair and I want my refund.
