Luckily for me, he still does cash payments for those of us who have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractor services. I have a very bad back with several things wrong. He is quick... no long wait times in the lobby, efficient & both he & his staff are very friendly & helpful. He does more than just 'adjust' the back & neck. My husband gets acupuncture from him and since I hate being "cracked" He uses an activator to adjust my back & neck. He does much more to help our bodies. His office staff is very friendly, knowledgable and discreet. I can't say anything negative about him. He's everything you want a chiropractor to me!!

Dr is rushed, doesn't remember diddly about you. They are too busy to give you care or treatment. You'll get delayed and put off for ages while problem worsens and worsens. Front desk staff is rude & condescending. I was happy with them in the beginning, Drs are competent, but they took on way more patients than they can handle. They'll tell you they are going to do this treatment or that imagining, but it won't be done. You have to call back again & again. They'll say they're going to call you but don't. So busy that they've become heartless to your suffering.

They are always months out for appointments. You can never get a hold of them. They routinely put in prescriptions incorrectly, and then take weeks to months to get the problem solved because you can never talk to anyone. I was extremely sick and almost septic yet they would not get me in even after going to the urgent care and them telling me I needed to see my regular care doctor immediately they would not get me in!!! This office needs to be shut down. It is to the point that it is dangerous to have them as your primary care physician because you will never be able to get in to be seen if you are sick or need more than a general check up.
