The first person I thought could help him after a medical dr. & PT was Dr. Fawcett. Luckily for me, he still does cash payments for those of us who have insurance that doesn't cover chiropractor services. I have a very bad back with several things wrong. He is quick... no long wait times in the lobby, efficient & both he & his staff are very friendly & helpful. He does more than just 'adjust' the back & neck. My husband gets acupuncture from him and since I hate being "cracked" He uses an activator to adjust my back & neck. He does much more to help our bodies. His office staff is very friendly, knowledgable and discreet. I can't say anything negative about him. He's everything you want a chiropractor to me!!

Dr. Reagan repaired my husband's shoulder and so far he has been very happy. He was very detailed and did a great job on the repair. He also has a good bedside manner. I tried to get in with Reagan but he was booked for four months, so I ended up with Brimhall, who was only booked two months out. Dr Brimhall is very rushed. During my appointment with Dr. Brimhall, he was interrupted multiple times by his assistant with questions about other patients. A parent of a patient ambushed him in the hall to ask questions, and he had to remind himself multiple times what he was doing as he would start back with me. He was told several other coexisting medical conditions in previous appointments, and they are all documented in my chart, but I had to remind him when he told me things that were Contradicting my medical history. He simply has too many patients to keep it straight. I was supposed to have an injection in my hip today but his assistant could never tell me a definitive time, so I have been sitting around waiting all day for a phone call which I don't think is going to happen. I cleared my schedule and at some point I think I'm supposed to be at the surgery center but no one can tell me when. I believe them to be competent doctors, however I feel that they are pulled in too many directions. i regret starting care with their office, and I wish I had gone to an orthopedist in Phoenix or Tucson. The drive would have been inconvenient, however I don't think I would've had to wait so long for care so it would have been a about equal.

After X-rays and even two different physical therapists I was a bit discouraged. Friends and a gym recommended Dr Brimhall and after the first visit I was impressed. I been about four times. And it's not expensive. I'm doing better each time and he has given me a couple things to do at home. I'm now doing better, don't feel I really need to go back, took my wife yesterday and she too was very pleased even after having surgery two days before. Impressive! Plus the office staff is fun.
